I've been a consistent Dunkin customer for nearly 3 years, go for my daily coffee, and order assorted donuts basically every few days (I like to bring to my coworkers, we call wed. Donut day to get us over the hump) so I went through drive-thru today, line was 6 cars back. Ok, No big deal. Waited nearly 20 minutes just to give my order, which the lady said she couldn't hear 4 or 5 times as she continued to chatter on with co workers instead of actively listening, finally got my order placed, one large cold brew (cookie butter) and 1/2 dozen ASSORTED donuts, please do not give me any plain. Now this is a weekly battle, as for some reason, I always seem to get at least 2 plain donuts. Now when I say assorted donuts, on what earth does that mean give me the ones that aren't frosted. She repeated back to me no plain donuts. She gives me my total, which seemed a little ridiculous and more than what I usually pay but here I am, already invested enough that I missed morning huddle that I'm not even trying to argue (got charged for 6 specialty donuts for asking for plain evidently) I get to work, open up my box and low and behold, 4 are just stale, plain donuts. Not even a chocolate one, the other two are sugar sprinkled and vanilla, I called them and explained my situation and that this happens frequently but i have had enough times biting the bullet. They ordered no reasonable offer to make this right, instead argued with me, said they'd have the manager come to the phone to speak to me and hung up. Three...
Read moreI went through Drive thru and when I got to the Window I tried to ask the lady if they had any complaints with the Dunkin mobile app. Last 3 times I came the app wasn’t working and I was unable to use my rewards.
The lady told me she has been busy since 5AM and isn’t taking questions right now. I thought that was a bit rude. I asked for the GM or CSR info I was told they don’t have a number that I needed to take the survey on receipt if I had a complaint. I left upset and ontop that I had Burnt food and 2 orders of Snackin Bacon that tasted like grease.
I returned to the Store the next day and asked for Store Manager the cashier said she was busy I waited almost 5 minutes. Finally the Cashier came back and asked if she could help me. When doing so I noticed another Female with Red or brown hair rolling her eyes and had a smile on her face.
I asked the girl who was the Store Manager She pointed to the same lady that was rude to me in drive threw window now she’s rolling her eyes. I can’t believe she is the Store Manager I was very surprised. 2 separate occasions she could have helped me and did not.

Read moreI got my normal coffee which has been made perfect every time besides today, and got my friend who has never been to dunkin her first drink. She wanted the caramel craze latte I upsided it because I saw a sign that said the medium lattes between 2-6 were $2. Okay sweet it's cheaper that way. I get to the window and my total was $5.07 okay that's off but whatever asked for a receipt noticed that they did not give the discount. I asked about the sign and was founded with a confused look until I broke it down and told the cashier again. She stated that they are no longer on discount and will tell her manager to take down the sign. Then told us have a good night without even honoring the promotion. I pulled around and grabbed these pictures because it was not my fault that they still had the promotion displayed which there was no date seen on the sign.
