It might be a new building, but it has the same, terrible service. My most recent experience was absolutely horrendous, and I would give negative stars if possible.
Put aside all the language barrier issues that make speaking to employees here impossible (Creole is the most spoken language amongst the employees at this McDonald's), but this is the type of establishment that closes their dining room doors 15 minutes before the stated close time, will refuse to answer the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and then will treat you like scum and rudely demand that you come back in a vehicle before they'll serve the order to the customer. I can understand having policies, but ignoring a hungry customer and being rude to someone who wants to give your business money makes little sense to me.
It was completely ridiculous. This experience has tarnished my decades long positive history with McDonald's -- if you're with the corporation or franchise, you might want to think about fixing this problem before this establishment tarnishes your name any further. It's clear the franchise just poured thousands of dollars into renovating the business, but with the same, insulting service that has been at the restaurant for years, it looks to me to have been an absolute waste of money.
10 min on drive through without taking my order. Lucky you can exit when blocked. Changed order to in store pick up but just so disgusted by the lack of service I dont trust the drink. Doesnt look made right anyway. Way too much vanilla syrup, right in the trash. Removed soda and water machines. Nice. Not even free water? No hand sanitizer or napkins.
Okay so on to the refund for app order made by clowns. Bad attitude manager calls me to say I'm on a list. Just say your name when you come back and I will get a quick refund.

TOLD FIRST RUDE EMPLOYEE ABOUT IT AND TO GET ME THE MANAGER. LUNATIC DEMANDS I REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE DISGRUNTLED MANAGER THAT CALLED ME. I TRIED TO GET HIM TO USE HIS BRAIN BUT THIS IS AMERICA. SO MISSION IMPOSSIBLE.
I REPEAT, THE MANAGER SAID ALL I NEED TO DO IS TELL YOU MY NAME FOR THE REFUND. FINALLY SHE SPEAKS ON DRIVE THRU AND SAYS PULL THRU. OF COURSE USUAL 10 MIN WAIT FOR THEM TO EVEN SPEAK.
WHILE I'M WAITING THE CLOWN SAW I'M RECORDING TO CATCH HIM IF HE'S RUDE AGAIN. SO HE JUST MADE FACES BEHIND THE GLASS. 7 EXTRA MINUTES FOR THE REFUND. WHY THEY CANT RETURN IT TO MY CARD AS IT WAS PAID FOR A HUGE CORP. ANYWAY COMMERCIAL BLVD OR POMPANO FAR SUPERIOR.

And and the man's Bathroom It's out of service when they decide to. What I believe They don't want to clean the bathrooms especially at night. And when they see children they just say out of service. Because I went inside the bathroom was very clean just 2 minutes before. But the door is controlled automatically by pressing a button You have to ask them to open it. And of course if you say something They act very rude. The staff is no good there Including the manager.
