If you’ve ever craved the bold, rich flavors of the Balkans but thought you’d have to travel halfway across the world to experience them — think again! Sheker Aga, a gem of a food truck, is serving up authentic Balkan cuisine right here in Florida, and it’s nothing short of a culinary masterpiece.

From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of grilled meats and freshly baked bread. The menu boasts a variety of classic dishes from Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and beyond, each bite telling a story of tradition and heart. Their ćevapi (grilled minced meat sausages) are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, transporting you straight to a bustling kafana in Belgrade. The pljeskavica (Balkan burger), with its juicy patty and flavorful toppings, is a must-try for any food enthusiast.

But it’s not just the food that makes Sheker Aga special — it’s the passion behind it. The team takes pride in preserving their heritage through their cooking, and it shows in every detail, from the seasoning to the plating. Their hospitality makes you feel like family, and by the end of your meal, you’ll feel like you’ve just experienced a slice of the Balkans without leaving Florida.

Whether you’re a seasoned fan of Balkan cuisine or a curious foodie looking for your next adventure, Sheker Aga is a must-visit. Trust me, you’ll be planning your next visit before you’ve even finished your meal. This isn’t just food — it’s a journey through the heart and soul of the Balkans, all served from a humble, fiery food truck that’s bursting with flavor...

About the service... I couldn't find a 6 ⭐ option to recommend the Great attention we received. It was our first time visiting and The team was very kind. Milos, Daniel and Daniela were a great hostess.

The food was delicious. The grill taste makes you feel you are eating a traditional middle east food.

We ordered 3 x Penjena Pljeskavica 300 g / 11 Oz. This is a Serbian traditional stuffed burger filled with cheese and covered with flat bread, which is homemade. You could choose different toppings to add. We chose a spicy cheese spread, sour cream and chopped cabbage on top. It was a delicious choice.

The place (Food truck) is located close to a main street, 1 block from the Marina Boulevard (84th Street) and close to the US1.

It has a lot of space shared with other food trucks.

We also found they have Baklava (middle east dessert) but, we couldn't try it at this time. We will come back to taste other menu options soon.

If you want to eat a healthy and tasty food, definitely I would recommend this place. One of us is diabetic and she ordered the same dish without bread, instead the offer a great salad option.

Price is good. We were 3 people and spent ~ $55 before tax and tip which is a good price for the size, taste and, nutrition fact.

There is a catering option for your...

Sheker Aga is an absolute gem!! This amazing food truck boasts an incredible menu that tantalizes taste buds and transports you to the heart of Balkan cuisine. The moment you come , you're greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the friendly crew of the truck. Their genuine hospitality adds an extra layer of charm to the dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food – it's nothing short of extraordinary! everything that we ordered was so good that unfortunately we forgot to take some photos of our meals to leave it for the other persons who will look up reviews- but be sure it is PERFECT! Each dish is a flavorful masterpiece, prepared with meticulous attention to detail and authentic Balkan flavors. From cevapi to perfectly grilled pljeskavica, every bite is a delight that leaves you craving more. What truly sets Sheker Aga apart is not just the exceptional food but also the dedication of the team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile. The impeccable service combined with the delicious cuisine earns this food truck a 5-star rating in my book. I went to see the food truck lot off of State road 84. When we arrived. It was late in the afternoon and the Sheker Agha truck was one of the only trucks serving food. We approached and were greeted by friendly faces. I looked over the menu and asked some questions and they were very helpful. I decided on the Serbian burger. It is a burger with flavorful spices and onions and it was served with cabbage tomato and this delicious spicy cheese spread. My co-worker had the cervia which were beef sausages with pita bread, cabbage and onion. The food was fantastic. Very flavorful. Not too greasy. We had the pleasure speaking with one of the owners of the truck and he was very friendly and he told us all about the business. We then ordered some baklava and had some coffee. The coffee was really strong and really good and the baklava was perfectly sweet. I would definitely return and try the truck again
