Called in an order over the phone and confirmed the address they were located at and read it off google and everything, the man over the phone said yes that’s right. Go to pick up the food and they are saying it’s the wrong location. The location I ordered from called me and blamed me for wasting their money because they have to throw away the food. Was told by the location I ended up getting the food from that the man I ordered with doesn’t speak good English but he spoke English just fine with me over the phone. They also pushed my order to the back of the line because they said it was our fault. This was a horrible example of how to do business and customer service. Won’t be coming to either location again. They wait until the driver of their delivery gets there (unpaid time) to let them know they can't fulfill the order and to ask Costumer to cancel when they should be the ones managing their business not the driver. They are supposed to call uber and Costumer to cancel.
