Called in an order over the phone and confirmed the address they were located at and read it off google and everything, the man over the phone said yes that’s right. Go to pick up the food and they are saying it’s the wrong location. The location I ordered from called me and blamed me for wasting their money because they have to throw away the food. Was told by the location I ended up getting the food from that the man I ordered with doesn’t speak good English but he spoke English just fine with me over the phone. They also pushed my order to the back of the line because they said it was our fault. This was a horrible example of how to do business and customer service. Won’t be coming to either location again. I work with a larger corporate company and order lots of food at a time but they won’t be getting any of our...

Food is great but was a new guy there today and charged my card for a tip of 4.25 and I did not do it they did. So disappointed in this place. Watch out for this scam people! Stay away with companies like this that charge ur card for tips…. Won’t be going here anymore!! Lost my business and people stay away!!!! They lie and say they didn’t do it but they did! Watch out for the new guy there he’s the one that does it. If I could give a zero I would. A good business person would give u a free meal for a mistake or something nice!!!!! Extremely unprofessional. They wait until the driver of their delivery gets there (unpaid time) to let them know they can't fulfill the order and to ask Costumer to cancel when they should be the ones managing their business not the driver. They are supposed to call uber and Costumer to cancel.

Not to mention their location on the map on uber eats is incorrect and when told about it (again to improve their own service and to allow drivers to find them to deliver their food) they didn't even say thank you and most likely...
