June, 2021: Concord recently finished updates to our electronics in several areas. It has been fantastic to have a single continuous relationship for our navigation and AV systems since the boat was built over 8 years ago.

Kevin helped scope out the work for the update, their office gathered the components of weeks that followed, and then Kevin did the work onboard. It's rare that you see his combination of ultra-high competence and a great positive attitude. Some weeks after the work was completed and I had accepted it and paid in full, I had a question while underway. I emailed the office and Kevin called and almost immediately answered my question. Once again, I felt truly supported and appreciated by Concord as a client.

Five years ago: Concord worked with us to design the electronics complement on the 72' Outer Reef yacht we built. This included navigation and AV systems. They were terrific. They both listened and suggested. We ended up with a terrific electronics system. Following commissioning we worked with them for a few enhancements and they helped us out with some service. It is worth noting that they seem to always be available for email or phone advice.

I'd also like to relay that at one point we were at sea and had to trouble shoot something. The Concord schematics that document are boat are so precise that we could quickly identity every cable, the location of every unit, and which connector each cable plugs in to. Something that might have taken hours was dealt with in minutes.
