The original staff that is here Jena and Tony are exceptional customer service. The staff knows you by name been coming here since the beginning. If it was just them I would give 5 stars . But I had a bad experience on Saturday with the new assistant manager Madison should not be working with customers at all she very rude not customer friendly . I wouldn’t want her working my business at all . If I see her I just leave out. It’s really sad the new management is not friendly like previous manager max. They are going to loose a lot of business this is a gay neiborhood and and they are not gay friendly . If you ask questions she’s like how dare you . Please do some secret shoppers and you will see how they really are . I told manager about her and she stated she never seen it and I told her why would you see it who s going to be rude to a customer right in front of your boss. Please and now it looks like a dictatorship and not a friendly environment like it use to be the staff and management use to be cohesive .

The website is absolutely shit! I tried to make an account to order and it wants me to upload my driver's license AND medical card. I finally after 30mins got my medical card to upload but not the drivers license. So I tried to see if it would let me place the order with the one document. It does not.why on earth do I need to upload my driver's license when I need one to get a medical card!? My medical card should be enough. Either make it easy to place an order or don't have a website. I shouldn't have to jump through more hoops to order from your website than I do to get a freaking medical card. This is ridiculous. I will never be coming to this establishment if I can't order ahead. Don't waste your time when there are better places to order from that don't make you spend over an hour trying to upload documents and still not be able to order... I should never be this frustrated trying to...
