When I came to this restaurant in October of 2021, I was spoken to in a curt and abrupt manner by a manager named Terrell. When I asked we could work together to speak more calmly, he proceeded to become more and more aggressive in his demeanor, eventually leading to the point where he even said that I "picked the wrong person". When I asked to speak to his manager, Cat, he informed me that she did not want to talk to me. Considering that this situation unnecessarily escalated out of proportion, I called the Subway corporate office, where I was told that corporate headquarters of Subway does not answer calls and does not itself address complaints towards the franchises, and that, in fact, all of the Subways are franchises. Therefore, the Subway corporate office does not take complaints, but rather refers them back to the owners of the individual stores. Since I was of the understanding that Cat herself was the owner of this particular Subway, it seems that the Subway organization has a procedure set up where there may be no ability at all to lodge a complaint. My own experience is that, not only do the Subways of Fort Lauderdale contain an excess of rude staff, but that Subway makes it very difficult to make a complaint about such things. There are two other Subway restaurants I went to that likewise had rude staff. My own opinion of the matter is that Subway should be aware that they are in the business of serving customers and that part of this service is to be polite to the very people that are keeping them...
Read moreThis store sucks.. It's obvious by the neighbors; both Wendy's, and now Mc Donalds, the area is popular with people that want to eat. Unfortunately, this subway's owner felt it was enough to paint his store, and throw a bag of mulch around a few small trees instead of doing something useful that would bring in business, and make money! Like train his f@#king employees!
For example, today (Sunday) about 4 pm, I tried to use the drive through. Actually, I did my part. After being told by the loudspeaker person to "wait a minute" I sat there. For 10 minutes, while the whole store of employees (apparently) worked to prepare the order of the car in front of me. ONE SANDWICH! (Applause...)
No, no one else was in the store.
That whole time, I wasn't spoken to, I wasn't asked for my order, I didn't get an apology. Nothing. I drove to the window, and was asked what I wanted to order. I told the kid, there was absolutely no reason they couldn't have taken my order, and had my food waiting for me. It was inexcusable that I was ignored for that entire time. I told him if this was his chosen profession, he needed to get on the speaker, right now, and take the order of the car behind me, so he didn't feel ignored like I did. And, I left. And I went out of my time to write this, because I won't be back.

Read moreOmg. I have had it with this subway 2701 davie bld today 1/16/2025 a little b4 8pm is my last time. They always get my order wrong today there were a big lady working with an attitude. Since there were 4 cars in the driveway I decided to pick up my order inside and I got tired of getting something other than what I ordered. When I point out that they got my order wrong she got a nasty attitude she got another bread and picked out the chicken put it in another bread the worst the bread was falling apart. I told her twice she missed the sauce she continue wrapping the sandwich I screamed it and she said why didn't i say anything i said it twice and it was on the receipt since i mobile ordered they added a bunch of things I didn't ask especially things that could have gotten my son sick. She was sloppy and sweating I could have sworn sweat was falling into the sandwich I was tired my son was in school since 630 am until 8 pm. I took the sandwich but I throw it away because I didn't feel comfortable eating. Please people if you are going to order from this place go inside. To make it worst she's rushing to go break while leaving this young kid alone to manage the lobby and drive-thru. Do better with your employees especially that women working tonight. I feel 1 start was too...
