I have tried this location 2x now and I will not be going back. Both times my order was wrong and I had to contact Starbucks directly for them to correct the issue.
1st visit: It was busy, right at 11am so the food court was piling up with people and naturally Starbucks was getting a rush. I placed my order on the app instead of waiting in the long line to order. My drink is called and I walk to my car. I ordered a Brown Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cold foam on top. No pumpkin cold foam (which it was totally white so I should've known). Went to have it remade and was given SO MUCH ATTITUDE about having it remade and it was still made wrong. They poured espresso in the cup with syrup and ice, no "SHAKEN" about this process, and topped it with pumpkin foam and shoved it towards me. I called Starbucks because of the experience and how I was treated in the store, no big deal they gave me double the amount I spent back for the inconvenience and said they would do feedback.
2nd visit: I had my husband pick up my order on the way home. Ordered him a pumpkin cold brew and my usual brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam. Surprise surprise. Same thing as the first time. No pumpkin cold foam on either drink. And my shaken espresso was not made correctly, meaning it was not shaken. The syrup and stuff was all settled on the bottom. Again, called Starbucks because I was assured feedback would be sent to hopefully prevent this from happening again... clearly they don't care to make the drinks how they are supposed to be made.

   Read moreThis is the first time Iâve ever made a review and let me tell you.. this place is so SLOW! I always wondered why thereâs always a long line at the drive thru. Today I decided to go inside instead and now I know why. They work very slow, youâd assume they would pick up their pace whenever it gets busy but no. They will stop everything theyâre doing to talk.. ? Meanwhile thereâs all these people waiting. Donât get me wrong I get work might get boring but I feel like when itâs busy youâd assume theyâd want to get the orders out asap. Also the music is so loud, people are having their own conversations etc, it gets really loud in there I felt like I had to raise my voice so the girl could hear my order. Thankfully she got some of my order right. -Can I also mention how Starbucks mainly just give you ice lol Iâd assume for a $7 drink theyâd give me more drink than ice.- Another thing Iâm not sure if itâs true but one the workers told me they donât redeem points there (this was a few weeks ago). Which kind of sucks because the food/drink are kind of pricey. Overall I suggest going to a different Starbucks because of how long they take....

Mobile ordered coffee on a Sat morning for. I got there about 5 minutes after the time given that it would be ready. I drove up to the drive-thru window since the actual door to the store was locked. I told the Barista I have a mobile order and gave my name.
The barista began to tell me that âitâs not ready and you still have to tell me that you have an order at the speaker because itâs only one of me. You have to go back aroundâ. With frustration, I went back around to the speaker and told him (the Barista) I have a mobile order. He said to pull to the window. Within two minutes my order was ready. The worse service ever.
I was not upset because my order wasnât ready. His demeanor and customer service was very atrocious and rude. He sent me back around through the drive through for a reason that made no sense to me. Starbucks, your baristas need to do better. Customers do not owe you nothing but respect and the cost of their orders. Your projection of anger and frustration is not one that we pay for.
