Paddy Wagon Irish Pub — Restaurant in Fort Myers

Never in my life have I been completely miss treated by a bartender ever. First of all the woman came in with a Hooters shirt on not even representing the company she’s bartending for..This is completely unprofessional. Then she lied to me about how much my bill was. I don’t care if it’s five cents or $50 don’t lie she didn’t give me the correct change back and when I looked at the register I called her on it. . She started cursing and swearing at me, took the drinks that I had and poured So not only did she pour out the drinks that I paid for But when I demanded my money be returned she started screaming more. She returned my money but now the profitability and the revenue for the bar just went down the sink. The thing is is that there is an outdoor patio where she could have said take your drinks and go outside you're not allowed back in but she didn't do that so she wasted money basically robbed the company she works for by pouring drinks down and is not even representing the company with a hooter's shirt on. If I was the owner I'd fire her on the spot the minute I read this cause I checked the cameras and see exactly what happened I did not scream back at that woman I did not start swearing her even though I wanted to I maintain my composure grabbed my money and left this woman has no idea what customer service is and she shouldn't Bartend waitress or anything that has customers . she said so many vulgar words I don’t even know how this company has her working there. I guess I did not read that this Irish Pub does not serve any food. Met some friends there this past Sunday around 1pm and I had a hard time finding it. Head to Culvers and its across the parking lot. Its smaller than I thought and actually tucked on the side of a plaza. We had planned to "lunch" there; bad idea (and totally my fault for not finding out prior). The place was spotless and clean. Not one other person in the bar. We had a glass of wine and was told by the bartender that we could bring in food or order it and have it delivered. I was really hoping for bangers & mash or some great fish & chips...not sure why they decided not to serve any traditional Irish food- Fort Myers could really use an Irish Pub that provides some food with your adult beverages. Have you ever been to an establishment where you feel like your existence is annoying and inconvenient to everyone that works there? So disappointing to see how terrible this place actually was. I had heard such good things. I have been a bartending for years and have never been treated with so much disrespect. The blonde bartender on Saturday night 08/31/2024 was very rude.
