Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Fort Myers

I HAVE TO SHARE MY BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE with BELLACINOS Staff and Owner!!! We called and placed a delivery order for FOUR Thin Crust Pizza and half regular and half hot wings....mind you we always chose to order from Bellacinos since their former location either dine in or delivery. Unfortunately, this deliver order was taken incorrectly! I called them back to advised them of the mistake the Manager Rachel and the order taker Brook blamed us and called us literally a liar....I asked for the owner (since he was the delivery person) she told me GOOD LUCK and place my call to him. I explained him the mistake they made and all I wanted is the wings to be replaced with two other pizza's - he continue to tell me that his staff were there for so many years and could not have happened and he literally got a confrontation with a MAJOR ATTITUDE telling me he will no longer deliver to Lehigh again because of the circumstance... continue to say his past experience and why he believed his staff did not make a mistake and blamed us and HE treated me as a criminal - as if I wanted to get something FREE from him!! All he wanted to do is ARGUE!!! Acting if he was the victim he continue to become more ANGRY with no resolution so I told him if he could sleep knowing the type of service they offered on our cost of the $83.30 plus the $10 tip then he could have a bless day!!! PLEASE DO NOT NEVER order from them again!!!! Because the Bellacinos team will always win the war...Rachel you were right thanks for wishing me luck!!!! As you thought was not worth talking to the OWNER!!! What ever happened with customer service!!!! Worst customer service ever in...

Just had lunch there today, since I was shopping in the area. I make a lot of different Pizza styles at home, because it's one of my biggest hobbies, and I try a lot of pizza from a lot of different places to work on my Technique. All this said, the worst Style of Pizza in my mind is pub style, since there isn't really a lot of substance to it. This place does Pub Style Pizza, and it has changed me tune on the pub pizza as a whole. It was filling, it was dense, but not in the bad way, in the pleasant filling way. I barely ate any of my pizza, and my stomach was full. I felt bad not eating more, and asking for a box, but immediately after I asked for my box, the people who came in before us asked for a box, saying "our 16 inch was too much, and we ate most of it, but after we were full we kept eating because how good it was" and I felt better. The sauce is sweet, but compliments the rest of the pizza very well, and it's a definite go there again. My friend got a Grinder, I believe the Italian, and he said the bread felt more like a light vessel for the rest of the flavors, opposed to other subs where the bread is dense. This allowed the flavors to come through fully, and, from what it appeared, each ingredient was treated with care, and seasoned all the way through. He dislikes iceberg lettuce, but he said how they seasoned it changed his opinion on iceberg in general, and there was a lot of filling to this grinder. When I say a lot, I mean after he finished the grinder, there was an Italian style salad on his plate that he consumed. was worth giving them a 5 star review, and really worth going...

HORRIBLE!!!!!

My office placed 2 orders around 11:15 today and they said they would both be ready by 12...noon.... 45 minutes from order time.....i got to Bellacino's at 11:55, a little early, and they told me they were "backed up" and that they needed an extra 8-10 minutes. I said okay and sat down... 47 MINUTES LATER (after complaining to the woman owner who was actually working at the cash register twice!!) i finally got my food. She did not offer any compensation for me waiting the extra time and only said to me that they were down a person today...if your business runs like that because you were down ONE person then you have bigger issues. The owner was running around the kitchen like a mad woman barking out orders and yelling at the employees because she had NO IDEA what was going on at all. i heard her say at one point that she had taken 5 to go orders on the phone and lost them all.... those people will be very upset when they get there to find that the order was never put in. i think the place would have ran much smoother without her there at all! i was waiting along with about 3 or 4 other people that had called in orders.... i had the longest wait time but the average was about 25-30 minutes after the time they said it would be done. my office orders lunch from these people a few times a month and let me just say we will NEVER be ordering from them again. if i could give no...
