If I could give 0 stars I would because this place was a disaster and such a disappointment.

First and foremost, don’t bother ordering anything from here if you don’t speak Portuguese.

My husband ,who speaks English and Spanish, ordered a brigadeiro cake for my birthday and they called him to confirm the order the day before and no one spoke English.

To start off, the order process itself was already difficult. He couldn’t get anyone on Instagram to even reply to him and when he called The person on the phone didn’t even ask him the size cake he wanted, communication was simply terrible but because he didn’t know anywhere else to get a brigadeiro cake, he just stuck with this place.

When we showed up to pick up the cake at the time they told us it would be ready, the workers seemed confused, they weren’t aware of any brigadeiro cake order.

I honestly think they forgot to make the cake and just gave us whatever could be similar to brigadeiro cake.

I told them that wasn’t the cake we had ordered because this one had white icing on it and brigadeiro cake has chocolate sauce and sprinkles on it.

The manager, Emily, assured me that they did that type of decoration for every party cake but that the inside would be indeed brigadeiro.

I told them I hate icing but I would take the cake considering the inside is indeed brigadeiro.

Well, it wasn’t! There was not ONE sprinkle! This was not even remotely close to a brigadeiro cake.

I called to complaint the same day and they tried to put the blame on us. Told us to next time order in person and bring the picture of what we want.

I was also told nothing could be done until Monday because that’s when the owners would be available.

It’s Friday today and I haven’t heard back from anyone. They should have refunded me my entire money for giving me something I didn’t order and all the headache they put me through in my birthday.

I also got a coxinha from them and as a huge fan of coxinha, this had to be the most flavorless coxinha I have ever had.

Stay away from this place if you want to be valued as a customer and if you want to get what...

Terrible customer service. Right off the bat, the front desk lady was mean mugging us when we tried to order. This was our first time going there and she was upset at the 1-2 questions we had about the food. After struggling My friend and I finally ordered 2 separate sandwiches and paid separately. They gave me 1 plate with what seemed like 1 sandwich. 30 minutes later my friend didn’t get her food, when we asked where her food was they told me it was on MY PLATE. I had not touched my food waiting for my friend so we can eat together. We asked why it’s not separated and the lady gave me an attitude asking why I didn’t ask for another plate, EVEN THOUGH it was 2 SEPERATE orders. Thats ridiculous. We told them our concerns for that and she had the audacity to argue and yell at us??? We weren’t yelling or being rude we just asked why it was like that and why they didn’t tell us it was both of our orders. Besides that, before the sandwich debacle, My friend wanted to return a juice she ordered cause they didn’t tell us what it was. They said to exchange you had to pay for the new drink even though the original one was full to the brim, come on it’s hospitality, it’s not like we were trying to return all of the drinks. Even though the food was good, I would never come back or recommend to anyone to come here. I haven’t had this bad of an experience in years. I bet you’ll have a better time at the Cuban bakery down...

We were up in Ft. Myers last week for a few days and literally ate here EVERY DAY! We typically don’t repeat restaurants when we travel but after the first day we fell in love and fell hard. EVERYTHING taste so fresh and such a variety. We had the X burgers and could not believe the taste! The best burger I’ve had hands down. I plan on driving to Ft. Myers next month JUST to come eat here again. If there is one thing I know it’s food and this place is excellent. The “Coxia” doe was soooo good! Never had anything like it. The vibe is super chill with typical brazilian music playing in the background.

The only downside : During peak hours there is a bit of a line but it goes really fast so don’t be discouraged we are glad we didn’t.
