The manager is a liar. I'm a regular here, I eat from this place more than 3 times a month on A regular basis, both through Door Dash AND in person. I go out of my way to eat here because the portions are fair and the food is fresh. I specifically ordered 3 LARGE portions because I has having guests over, instead I paid nearly $40 for 2 dinner portions and a lunch portion. The manager lied and said "this is my new dinner portion." Which isn't true because on Uber Eats the large portion doesn't come with a 2oz cup of sauce. And the rice is packaged in its own separate box, not touching the other items!! Only the lunch portion, that I didn't ask for, comes with the rice inside the container with the rest of the food! she also lied and said that I hadn't called the store when I had. It was their employee who confirmed that the manager spoke to me and took my order, she even took my phone number and said she would call me back with an answer, but I guess that was a lie too! so unless they changed phone numbers, -which is publicly available on Google- and aren't located by Publix anymore, she's lying to cover her mistake or to make me feel bad. But it's fine, I'll take my money elsewhere. Read moreThe girl that took my order was beyond NASTY & got my order wrong. Mistakes happen & thats ok because I wasnt upset with the mistake I was upset over the attitude given to me. If a mistake with a customer is made just make it right & resolve the issue but that didnt happen. I paid $40 for the order I placed & patiently waited over 25 minutes but when i checked the bag I was missing an entire order... I told her that I was missing a combination & I was told by this nasty female that I wasnt charged for it & "oh well" - since I didnt pay for it ,it shouldnt matter! But I ordered it , that means I WANTED it. I wasnt asking for free food- I wanted my correct order. She made the mistake - never apologized nor did she ask me if I still wanted the order & offer to have it made (like a good restaurant would) - instead she dismisses me & took the next customer as if she could care less. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting behavior! I have been ordering from this restaurant for awhile and I ALWAYS replace my rice with vegetables because I am severely allergic to rice. Yesterday they decided they didn’t want to do that and instead of calling me, they wrote on the receipt they don’t do that. Funny, because I ALWAYS order it like that! So I politely called and a female named DESERE, the NASTIEST attitude I have ever seen while running a business front! Began ARGUING with me and yelling at me calling me a liar. Then proceeded to put me on speaker phone and began laughing at me. Why? Because I have an allergy and asked for steamed vegetables instead of rice? Refused to replace my meal and told me to go to the store and get the cash. I had just paid $160 on food and this is how I’m treated?
