I went to this location today at 2:12 pm and was received by a rude barista stating that a drink I have been drinking for years cannot be modified how I requested even if I pay extra she basically said NO WAY and made it sound like she would lose her job if she made it! I then told her I just had one yesterday and she stated where? I told her at another location and she said that’s cause other locations don’t follow the RULES! So I then changed it a different way. Finished my order and I was upset but willing to let it go. I then proceed to get my drink when a different barista named JULIE approaches me and tells me just so you know we aren’t allowed to modify this drink like this either. And then as if to intimidate me she says I am a shift manager! So I then tell her that in that moment if I wanted to I could order the drink on the Starbucks app the way I like it and it allows me just by paying 70 cents more and in a condescending tone she said that Starbucks hasn’t updated the app that’s why it’s allowing you. Making it sound like Starbucks is incompetent that they can’t even update and app apparently because according to Julie and the other barista this change happened for quite some time ago and I have just been getting my drink done by a bunch of rule breaking baristas at other locations and even at this location a week ago. I am mind blown because since when does the Barista Promise not apply. Since when you can’t change the milk you want in your drink and add extras. Read moreI stood and watched him do it, I will describe him making this glass of water for me. He took a glass and poured some milk and then he put Matcha Power in it which Starbuck Company knows what their employees do (in the big glass there is Matcha Power in it there is no spoon, he picked it up and sprinkled a small amount of Matcha Power while I paid more and asked for 7 more matcha power and he didn't even put it in the blender before he said it. Please make sure there are 7 scoops of Matcha powers inside and then he knew he did it wrong then he went to make a new matcha power drink for me he used a ladle like a soup spoon and put in 7 very large scoops (that was a really horrible ladle) 😹😂 . It seems like he didn't even bother to read the customer's request written on a white paper with black writing. Starbuck Company hires really professional employees, wasn't he instructed on how to make a drink. And my drink? (too sweet) everything i asked for was written on the paper when i ordered it right ? 😱😱😱 ) i threw it in the trash on the first taste .

Read moreI came into the drive through with my daughter to try the new lavender matcha and some additional items. Unfortunately I had to ask for a napkins .a bag, straws, stirrers and a receipt. I’m not sure why clearly based on the items I ordered I would assume that’s common sense. The cup and lid was dirty and sticky and the matcha did not have the lavender in it. I called to let a manger no. I spoke with Taylor whom could care less. She stated that it is in there when clearly it wasn’t. I no the difference being that I drink matcha daily ! I will not come back to this location. Not very friendly. I feel like they are trying to work so fast that they are making unnecessary errors that can be avoided.
