Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Myers

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve never had to be “that customer” with any establishment but this domino’s pushed me off the deep end. I ALWAYS order from papa johns which happened to be closed at the time so I decided to go with domino's for an order of wings. The gentleman who answered asked if I would like an order of 8 or 14 wings which I replied 14 spicy when I received the order it was incorrect. I contacted dominos who kindly offered to correct the order with no delivery charge. I went back to the location where it was originally delivered only for them to state that the driver already left (the employee on the phone stated it would be 15 minutes which I was well in the realm of when going back to the location since I lived literally across the street ). I never received a call about the driver arriving either. I drove to the dominos location to pick up my order and the employees there were very rude and when I received my order they charged me double of what a 14 piece would cost. When I informed the employee of this he stated they don’t even offer a 14 piece for wings and also stated that when the driver arrived a drunk man answered the door (the person was not drunk or a man but was rather an elderly Haitian lady who did not speak English very well). The entire night was a complete waste of my time and everyone who worked that night should be fired because they are clearly unqualified to do the simplest of tasks I.e. an order for delivery of a 14 piece of hot wings. I did bring to the attention of the staff my dissatisfaction in turn I was offered a 15$ credit on my number (this was also a lie and I was disconnected on when I contacted to redeem the credit two weeks later). I will NEVER do business with domino’s ever again if this is what they call professionalism if they did not want to complete another order at that time they should have denied the order all together and saved me...

I have been ordering from this place for several years. They often forget to send the sauces i order and pay for and I tend to just overlook it each time. Last night though was the last straw. I ordered one pizza and an order of parm bites. The delivery guy shows up and hands me my pizza I hand him the money and I stand there waiting for him to hand me my bites and he is just like "did you have something else?". He checks my box to see that I am not lying and tells me he will have to come back. I wait for about 20-30 minutes and still nothing (mind you the store is literally 3-5 minutes from my house). I then to proceed to call the store from about 11:45pm to 1am(which is what time my local store closes) and they never...

I order from this Domino’s all the time. Just a few minutes ago one of their Domino’s delivery car almost hit my car .It was either a white or silver Toyota a difficult to see at night he ate the stop sign and almost crashed into my vehicle with my kids. I called Domino’s a manager pick up it was a lady had no remorse. Told me that she will talk to her drivers didn’t ask for the type of car she was just rushing me to get off the phone.. This will be the last time I ever call Domino’s for food. No compassion form management. When does guy almost hit my car with my kids in it and he delivers food to my house all the time. The driver needs to get fired in the pathetic manager...
