If I could give a lower rating i would. I have been going to dunkin donuts locations within a 10 mile radius of me since I found out I was pregnant about 3 months ago. Its the only thing I crave that I can even eat right now without having some kind of complications. So any pregnant woman or past prego knows exactly what I'm talking about.
Well craving dunkin donuts when your pregnant and me socks I've been discovering lately!! I'm craving double chocolate donuts. Well I recently found out due to my obsessive crave that dunkin donuts does not make their donuts fresh daily. At all !!! I've been told by 4 different locations that the donuts are made once a day. Once they are out they are out. Some days im told they will have more varieties if the day before they didn't sell them and they had leftovers!! Wow! That changed my outlook. My whole life I thought they were fresh! Now I'm eating there normally and he'll no they are not. Also I have wanted a ham egg and cheese croissant everyday now and I am lucky to get it once or twice a week from dunkin. Unless I crave it bright and early im screwed. But morning sickness is killer and once I can't eat im hungry!!!
Nope!! The past 5 days I have went to dunkin and they had the lobby closed early. Like 2 or 3 hours early!! The drive thru it was one day. They told me they are too busy! Uhm how? I was the only one in the drive thru?? Or I've been told the kitchen is closed. Im talking they closed at 7 and kitchen was closed at 5!!! Wthhhhh dunkin. Really been letting me down. Now today I go thru drive thru cause lobby is closed early, and I order my normal ham egg and cheese croissant and the boy cooking tells me when I come back through since I paid for extra meat but only got one peice on one sandwich and 2 on the other. He tells me well two is extra!! Really? I told him normally I get more than 2 when I pay the 2 or 3 dollars for extra ham. He responded with "well i work here so I no bro".
Okay well here you go dunkin worker!! Screenshots of your own menu and nutrition facts to enlighten your work skill...
Read moreIf I could give less than one star I would have. This was a disaster. On our way to Maimi we stopped here for coffee and breakfast. We pulled into the drive through was was told by LaLa to “give her a sec” so we waited. And waited and waited. After about 10 mins I told my wife to back the truck up and pull up again to remind her we were still there. We were told again “give me a sec.” 5 more mins past and we decided we were just going to go inside as we were on a time limit and needed to get back on the road. We walked inside and walked to the counter. Where we stood for another couple mins while the cashier waited for “LaLa”(as shown on her name tag) to get him a drawer as he had just gotten there. After we told him what we wanted to drink and eat “LaLa” decided to rudely yell across the restaurant “as soon as this lobby clear out I’m lockin them doors. I ain’t finna be running around like this”. Mind you that we were the only ones ordering and another person was sitting at a table drinking their coffee. We paid and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. Another 15 mins for our food and coffee. The food was good. But of course because it is pre packaged. But the coffee was the worst I’ve ever had from Dunkin. I go to Dunkin every morning and I have never experienced this before. It was not a welcoming feeling. I felt as though we were an inconvenience to “LaLa”. As a fort myers local and resident I will never return here. No matter how bad I...
Read moreI use to regular this location. Prior to the hurricane my office was down the road. The drive thru was always backed up, this is a historic problem with this location.
Today, because I was on my way to our new office I decided to stop and get coffee and breakfast. Drive thru wasn't backed up, but the girl taking the orders didn't listen, kept asking me to repeat what I asked for missed parts, and kept saying anything else. She sounded bored and as if taking orders was an inconvenience. After repeating my order 6 times I said never mind, I'd go elsewhere. I pulled up to the window and asked to speak with the manager, he was rude and defensive. I told him he needed someone else taking orders, his excuse was it's hard to hear because of the road and she's learning. He cockily told me thanks for my input.
I used to be a manager at McDonalds and Checkers while in college before I entered in my career field- it's the tone of your voice, the words you say. If this girl was learning she should of had a trainer listening and jump in after the third time of her missing the order. A good manager would have jumped on and apologized for the inconvenience. I rarely complain at restaurants or drive thrus, I know their struggle, but I swear, this location needs someone to fix this place.
I ended up going to Starbucks. Paid more but better service. Only said my order once and the guy didn't sound like I...
