Subway — Restaurant in Fort Myers

So I'm torn on this review. A coworker and I went here because we had some coupons. We were planning on making this a normal trip a couple times a week. We had an ok experience a couple days ago but got scolded like children the second time about a coupon that says any two footlongs for 12.99 but apparently some foot longs are excluded. So I get scolded and told I'll do it this time but not next time, then again this time but not next time... Ok I heard you the first time mom. I will not be returning to this subway location at all the service I received was rude. I went to get a 2 subs for my coworker and I for lunch. I wanted a meatball sub and of course shredded mozzarella and they were out of it so I asked the lady very nicely if she could shred the fresh mozzarella that was of course upcharge ( which I didn't mind) she claimed she could not cut it or shred it for me and it was corporate policy and then told me now I will have to throw this sandwich out since you don't want it ( she said it in a very rude way and gave a face to me) I love subway and all the other locations the tall guy who works at the lee memorial subway is amazing so...

I came in today to buy one sub (no one is in this store) and the lady was sitting there on her phone and she saw me come in and I waiting around 5 mins for her to finally get off her phone and come and make my sandwich. This is not it she was on the phone too with her husband and not paying attention to my food.
