Ordered a chicken teriyaki w/cheese and sauce only no onions no tomatoes no mayo no nothing! The girl taking the order repeated everything back to me fine. When i receive my order… has everything so i tell them thats not how i ordered it and they take it back throw it away and one of the girls in spanish said “well shes going to have to wait” thinking i didnt speak spanish which is very disrespectful. Shes been there for years cause i use to work in the mall and i love this place. But never have i ever experienced this before so sad! Terrible experience, them keep hiring all these new people who just can’t do the job properly. Ordered a cheesesteak and asks for no fries and that I would like Mayo , tomato and lettuce on the sandwich lady says sorry you gotta order this sandwich to have it put on there we will just add it as a side. I was annoyed because they usually just add it to the sub. Then I asked for no fries what does she do add fries without my knowledge and charged me for it.

Use to go here every chance i got. Staff use to be nice and cook good food. Now I only recognized about two people now, which people quit I get it, but the new staff that's been hired are honestly horrible. Between the loud rap music playing to where they cant even hear you to not even getting a simple cheese fry right. The past three times I went there theyve screwed it up each time.
