The ipad mini repair was supposed to take 30 minutes, but the manager Brent broke the LCD screen on my son's ipad, so it took 3+ days. Didn't have the right part to fix it, got the part in, but kept it an extra day because they 'were really busy'; meanwhile my son needs his iPad for school. I would stay far far away for this place. I had to call them for an update every time, horrible customer service and bad technicians. From the time I called on the phone from had nothing but pleas.It vibes, I've seen it with the gentleman who answered.Then as I got to the store and talk to him about my phone being repaired , he was very courteous and also gave me a good deal on repairing my phone.\n I was in and out in less than 25 minutes.
