I'm going to do a review of Pandoras at the Edison Mall. I've been there to shop several times and I feel like I've been treated badly, honestly, there are some saleswomen who when they put things on the table when I arrive alone, because I've bought several times and several saleswomen have done this to me, I feel that air of distrust that they have towards me, but when I went today I saw that the lady is a young lady, there was a lady white and a man she left the things completely there, but when I go, I even go and they take the things away when they turn around as if I were going to steal from them, I have felt really uncomfortable going to buy at PandoraIt's horrible customer service, the first time I arrived no one came to ask me what I wanted and this has happened to me several times, and I feel like Well, I feel like they only do it with me because yesterday there were a white couple there, she, the saleswoman, didn't take the things off the table. She left all the things on the table for them and every time I go to buy, she takes the things as ifI was going to take from her without paying . What happens is that these people get carried away because they think you're not dressed well or you're not white, they think you're a thief. That's what happens because you feel when it's with you, and they've done it with me several times as if I were going to steal from them and I've bought from them several times, but I think I'm going to stop buying there because I don't feel good. I'm going to go buy somewhere else even if it's more expensive, but at least I'm going to feel, they make me feel good and they don't go around making me feel like I'm going to take that...

Very disappointed. Came in about a few days ago and was helped by an employee of the name i believe leydi. The moment I walked in I was ignored. No recognition of me in the building nor any ask for help. I was coming in to get an anniversary present but sadly left extremely disappointed. This employee was very rude, unprofessional, and nasty towards me. I asked for help regarding length of a specific necklace and was given a big attitude. There were no other people in the store besides one other person who was being checked out by another employee. ZERO STARS. Don’t come here! My first experience was anything but good, was not explained my choices at the engraving machine and when my pendant didn’t turn out right they made me pay for a second one. If I was shown ALL my options in the first place, I wouldn’t have had to create a second pendant. Staff turns their nose up at you if you don’t look wealthy. They will ignore you as you search the store. I tried numerous times to get this fixed with the manager and continue to get the run around almost three months later. Not to mention the assistant manager acts as if she is the store manager and is very rude and talks poorly about other customers in the store.
