This time going back was something else...all the food looked dry and was sitting out forever...we asked when they closed the girl gave us a time over an hour and a half later yet they would only make certain foods fresh to order...we have never dealt with that ever going to Panda...usually Panda will always make food fresh to order when you ask....maybe it was an employee playing butthead (lack of a better word without swearing) there was one employee who saw that I was obviously frazzled and was great she was kind and patient...however when I brought up the fact that lots of bad food was out after asking if she was the manager (which she said she was not) she did nothing to fix said food situation...so that is 2 employees we told that the food looked awful and they did nothing...and here's the kicker folks they had a rush...so because folks heard us as we were kinda first in line after us folks were waiting over 15 minutes for food...if you are an avid Panda eater (which we are) then you know how they do their food...you also know that they NEVER want ppl waiting...and they always cook to order....so as we left like 25 minutes later guess what folks were still waiting and all that nasty food was still out!!!! Read moreI placed an order online for pickup 15 minutes after posted store opening (10:45 pickup, 10:30 open). The store did not open at posted time. No one in the store came to the door to explain why they didn't open on time - and there were customers obviously waiting at the door. An employee came out of a side door, to get something from their car, which required passing the people standing by the main door, and made no attempt to speak to anyone, or explain why the doors were still locked. Only when questioned, did she inform the people waiting that they wouldn't open until 11, and gave no explanation for the late opening. I instructed her to cancel my order (already past pickup time), and she acknowledged that she was aware of the order, and that one of the items was not available. I reiterated that I was leaving. One full hour after my order was supposed to be ready, I received a text message telling me that my order was ready for pickup. Obviously I'm not going to pay for the credit card charge, and I expect that Panda Express will contact my credit card company to void the charge...
Read moreI'm editing because lately they have been decent. Seems going in the day time is better than picking up for dinner. The staff is friendly, and the food has been better. They are getting there... from 2 stars to 3.
I'm upset with this Panda Express. I love their food anywhere else but because this one isn't the greatest (food never cooked properly) I never come. Thought I would give this place a chance again since it's been a year since the last time, their chow mein is not cooked right the food doesn't taste how it should I feel like the owner needs to something about this or get new management, retrain the cooks on how to properly cook their food. It's a franchise, how is it that the ones' in Tampa and California and everywhere else nationwide, are good, but this one can't get with it? I took pictures to show the noodles not the greatest, they are long and crunchy with sauce in the middle and orange chicken is usually vibrant theirs is dull. Everywhere else the chow mein is cut, sauce distributed evenly, and crunchy but not uncooked and dry crunchy. Please please please...
