I came into Pho Bamboo not feeling well, and the staff went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. When they learned I was under the weather, they crafted a special soup just for me. It was steaming hot, deeply flavorful, and absolutely packed with goodness. It was not just food, it felt healing. The broth had that perfect balance of rich, slow simmered depth and delicate seasoning that true pho lovers look for. It was absolute perfection in a bowl. The service was equally outstanding. Every member of the staff treated me with such kindness and genuine care that I left not only feeling better physically but emotionally uplifted as well. Their hospitality truly shines. The interior is beautiful and calming. The moving lanterns add a soft glow, and the aquariums playing on the large screen create a tranquil, almost meditative atmosphere. It is the kind of space where you want to linger. The menu is another highlight. It is not just a list of dishes but a showcase of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. From the fragrant pho varieties to the vermicelli bowls, spring rolls, and banh mi, everything is culturally accurate and thoughtfully presented. You can tell that great care was taken to honor tradition while delivering top quality ingredients. Pho Bamboo is not just a restaurant. It is an experience of warmth, flavor, and culture. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for truly authentic pho and heartfelt service.

Have been in Florida for three months and hail from the North Kingdom of NH and haven't had any authentic Vietnamese food until today. It was yummilicious and the real deal. I ordered steak goi cuon, AKA, fresh salad springroll, a rice paper wrap with grilled steak and fresh lettuces and carrots along with pho topped with plenty of brisket and beef balls; I capped off the delightful lunch experience with Taro Boba tea. The server, Catherine, was a month new but she delivered excellent service and had sufficient knowledge of the dishes. Chanh, the host, was very sweet and friendly. too. I was lucky to have been there when the owner was present and had a wonderful conversation with him as we are kindred spirits, since we are both Vietnamese with French ancestry and owning restaurants was a commonality we shared. I love the decor. It is very charming and prettiest Vietnamese cafe and restaurant I have seen in my travels; it reminds me of pictures that I see of Vietnamese street café in travel brochures. It is very clean and pleasant environment. A great date place.

Review for Pho Bamboo Pho Bamboo is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by stunning décor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of elegant bamboo accents, soft lighting, and thoughtful design makes it a beautiful place to dine. The food is just as impressive as the ambiance. Their smoothies are incredibly refreshing, packed with flavor, and perfectly blended. The egg rolls are crispy, golden, and bursting with delicious filling. The beef tacos are a surprising highlight—juicy, well-seasoned, and served with fresh toppings. Of course, the pho is the star of the show—rich, aromatic broth, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles that make every bite comforting and satisfying. If you’re looking for a place that offers both a visually stunning dining experience and outstanding food, Pho Bamboo is a must-visit!

Took a friend to dinner there last night. I have to say when ALL my friends co e to Florida to visit this will be the first place I take them.. I have a tendency to order like I’m at a buffet when I try a restaurant for the first time. So I started out that way ordering two different kinds of spring roll. The shrimp and the steak. Absolutely delicious. So fresh and much larger than rolls I am used to. The peanut dipping sauce Was creamy and bursting with flavor. Then ordered the “ hot pot” and tried to order another entree when the owner stopped me. Told me it would be plenty and was he ever so correct. Out came what I can only describe as variety of proteins- shrimp, fish, beef, chicken, tofu, squid and large plates of veggies. In the center were two steaming hot ( plug it in at the table) pots of perfectly spiced Broth that we added noodles and the other components to create soup to our liking. It was MARVELOUS!!!!!! I can’t believe it took me so long to find this place and will make frequent visits to try more. Great service, Great atmosphere and above average...
