I was absolutely appalled when I opened my wrap and found this inside. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. It’s beyond disappointing that any establishment would allow food in this condition to be served to a customer. There is simply no excuse for this kind of disregard for basic food quality and hygiene.

Very disappointed in this location. Waited FOREVER in line. They screwed up my smoothie, so they had to remake it. Made me pull out of the drive thru to wait on the Cuban sandwich I order....really...almost $8 for this? I wouldn't feed this to a dog. SO GROSS! Had to throw the whole thing away.

The manager, JAMES. Totally rude!! He came out to my car tonight at 8:10 pm to tell me to come buy something because stores closing early! I was parked out front looking at their menu online because it was my first time at tropical smoothie... First & last time! I have never dealt with such a pushy employee. Business was DEAD. Time to hire a new manager. He has that much free time to leave his place of work to come out too my car to tell me to come in and get a drink because they're closing early. NEVER have I EVER dealt with such a pushy & CREEPY employee. Since when is it okay to close the store almost an HOUR early?? Lazy employee manager whatever he is. It is almost harassment being pushed into buying something when I was minding my own business in my car not bothering anyone. I didn't go to sonic or culvers, when I'm ready to order I will...

Tasty wraps n such, is more info. available on ingredients such as organic, non gmo, local, preservatives, etc.? Tai chicken and Jamaican jerk wraps are my fav. Also like pea protein option, whey isn't all that great for the gut, isolate is better but "whey" more expensive... Plant based has more bio-availability anyways...the owner I believe is fairly young, and is well aware the power of social media and gives discounts with the app. My hats off to him, this is the next big thing as long as they continue adapting to the overall "health and wellness" movement that is limitless...

Tropical smoothie is very reasonably priced, yummy, and speedy! I have the app, which earns a $5 credit for every $55 spent. I work nearby, and get so busy that the most convenient, fast, and good food, is a Thai chicken wrap and a sunshine or sunrise/sunset smoothie from Tropical smoothie. I order from the app, run to pick it up, and it's already prepared and ready on their to go/uber eats fridge; it's truly grab-and-go! I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick, healthy, and good meal/refreshment. The staff there are great/friendly as well. I would...
