I was running errands in the area and my mom asked me to pick up Chinese, and this one was on my way home. While I was looking at the menu, someone came in to pick up their order and the owner was talking to them about it. He said no one orders that particular dish (beef ho fun) because they don't know about it but it's very tasty and they're proud of it. They make their own rice noodles (very wide, almost like Hungarian noodles) for this dish. That's what I ordered. My family ordered their usuals - lo mein, fried rice, beef sticks, cashew chicken, egg rolls, wonton soup. The crispy noodles that come with the soup are the fresh fried kind, not the pre packaged super hard ones. The fried rice is how I prefer it- no freeze dried veggies, just egg, bean sprouts, onion, and whatever protein you prefer (shrimp in this case, which were actually good and not "salad shrimp"). This is usually a sticking point for me. If the rice is loaded with freeze dried peas and carrots, I'm unlikely to go back.

The beef sticks and egg rolls were similar to most other places, good but not a deal maker or breaker if trying to decide between Chinese restaurants. Cashew chicken and lo mein were consistent with expectations.

The beef ho fun was everything I was expecting after hearing their description. The ride home smelled like garlic. The noodles were soft and doughy, but in a comforting, homemade way. There was a ton of beef, and the perfect amount of scallions, onions, and bean sprouts. The flavor is smoky (but NOT like that awful liquid smoke flavor) and garlicky and still delicate. I would order this every time.

I was there on a Sunday around noon, no lunch prices which was expected. Sushi bar wasn't open which was disappointing but not unexpected as Sundays are primarily dinner focused and geared toward later hours. I'll definitely be back for the ho fun and to try...

Extremely dissatisfied with my dinner and the customer service. I ordered orange chicken dinners and they were extremely dry and just overall not good. I didn’t want the food to go to waste so I saved leftover and went to eat them 2 days later and I found a black hair stuck to the bottom of my takeout container and I pulled it out to make sure what I was seeing was right and sure enough it was hair. Also mind you I have blonde hair so that hair is not mine. I called to explain the situation the day I found the hair and explained that I ordered a couple days ago late in the evening and by the time I got home and everything I was unable to call and the next day I was out of town and busy all day, so I called right after finding the hair. The women on the phone was no help and was only trying to argue. She kept saying she doesn’t know what I want her do to and when I told her is there anyway to get a refund or something because I’m dissatisfied with my meal she began to argue with me and I was never trying to arguing so I simply told her that I see she is not going to do anything for me and ended the conversation. I am not one to write reviews but this was an experience I hope no one else has to deal with, but as I look through the reviews I see similar experiences. I will not being going to this place again and do not recommend...

Drove 35 min from Estero to buy food to go because this restaurant has 4 stars in the web but ended up very disappointed with the service. As I was leaving the parking lot, a restaurant worker stood in front of the car and asked to review my order. She did not wait for my authorization to enter the car and immediately open the passenger door to scrutinize the bags of spring rolls in the package. With her bare hands she took each spring roll and squeeze them while pieces of food were falling on the seat. Ultimately, she figured out that I received one more roll than I paid for. The lady took the extra roll in her hands and headed back to the restaurant while leaving the food bags in the car in disarray (and what was she going to do with that spring roll in her bare hands??? Can only imagine…). For a moment, I consider going back to the restaurant to complain about the bad manners and poor service provided by this worker but decided not to do that afraid that she will lose her job over this incident. Instead, I threw all the food purchased (over $55 expenses) in the garbage not knowing what other hygiene issues the crew of this restaurant could have. It was late at night, I did not have energy to go to another restaurant; therefore, my family and I went to bed hungry. Will never go back to this place after this bad experience....

THE BEST IN FT MYERS & THE CAPE! I hit the jackpot with this place, great sushi an even better Chinese food. I used to live close an didn’t realize I was spoiled. after moving to the cape, I tried every Chinese place close to me, an not one close to the quality of wok.I have never had a bad experience here with the food or the people. If there are bad reviews it was probably on an off day or maybe it’s the person reviewing. Would highly recommend the honey garlic chicken, best recipe ever!
