Long Review! We decided to stop for a quick bite to take to the park on Sunday 3/14/21. The drive thru was backed up terribly. The customers pulling in & out were a nightmare. I dont know if its because it was a pretty day or what. But the customers were awful. People were pulling in and out like madmen. One customer literally dumped their trash on the corner of the lot as they pulled out. Another customer literally dipped in between another car & I right in front of me to the point I tried backing up to keep from being hit only to back into another customer that pulled in behind me as I was backing up. Costing me insurance damages. Then, being as I promised my grandson burger King, even after backing into someone I went in to order because the drive thru was STILL a mess. I get inside & there were 3 customers in there. ALL very angry looking, very verbal about being frustrated due to the long wait on their food. One lady had been waiting 45 minutes on a $30 order. When she ask them about her food. An employee snapped at her, the customer. Stating that,"it wasn't her fault". When the customer replied that she couldn't help why or who's fault it was. The employee got very angry for having something said. In the whole of the employees defense. They were extremely busy. Yet, they had more than enough staff on hand to handle the hectic times they ran into. As the customer proceeded to let the emotes know why she was frustrated for waiting 45 minutes on $30 worth of food. The employee became very verbal,even leaning over the counter at the customer. The customer told her she wanted her name, and that she was calling corporate because the wait and unprofessional attitude was too much after she ask for the manager & the manager didn't come. The employee got even more hateful & was raising her voice at the customer. The customer walked out. The employee kept talking loud stating how she didn't care what she said to the customer because the customer got smart with her. I didnt hear the customer being hateful. She was frustrated that it took them 45 minutes to make 3 meals. I dont blame her. Then the manager finally came up,spoke to the employee about her calming down. I stepped up, asking another employee how long would I be waiting on what I wanted to order. In total I think I waited 5 minutes on our food. Yet after getting it. The fries weren't hot, the burger was literally thrown together. Definitely not worth the money, of the food. Nor the drama inside or the accident outside. I will never go back to this Burger King. The customers in the parking g lot were as bad as the service inside. I use to frequent this BK all of the time years ago. Funny,how things change...
Read moreWell it's not easy for me to write reviews such as this one but I feel it's important for me to let the public know. I hate to say it but this place is all together horrible. The bathrooms were Very filthy, the dining room was messy and all of the trash bins were full to the max. Eyewitness Two of the managers were casually sitting about the dining area happily chatting with one another while the restaurant just fell apart. The Soda machine was not working as the only flavors available were Sprite and Hi-C everything else was just providing water. when I approached the staff and managers regarding the lack of sodas I simply got a "they're not working", not eve an apology. In addition they explain that they were out of sugar and does the sweet tea was unsweetened. I Witness a couple of other customers complain about their order not being filled correctly and the staff just telling them that they were out of whatever they did not get in that order. Only one staff member at the front was apologetic enough to try to find solutions for everyone's father however you are able to see how filthy the kitchen was as you waited for your order all in all I would not recommend this place unless you want to get sick to...
Read morei wish i had of taken pics, the inside of the store was so nasty. There were 2 people, not employees, sleeping in 2 separate booths. The whole lobby was dirty. Floors, seats, table tops etc. We waited for 30 mins for our food, along with other customers who waited as long. There were also customers coming through the drive thru that had wrong orders as we were standing there and we ended up with the wrong food as well. The chicken was so nasty that my kids threw all of it away. I did as well. i’m not really sure what it was but they tasted extremely old and like a bottle of salt has spilled onto them. The little guy working the cash register was extremely kind and cheerful but other kitchen workers and manager looked as if they were under the influence of something and were not doing anything except standing around and running back and forth to the back office. Food was literally setting under the warmers waiting to be bagged and no one was working. One employee was standing there looking off into space talking to himself it appeared.
