Ordered 2 steak and chicken. 1 steak well done and the other medium.

Total waste of $43.00.

My steak was BEYOND over cook to where chewing it hurt my teeth, Could of throwna piece & probably broke a window with how hard it was, the chicken was hard & sharp, felt like it could have pierced my tongue. The rice was beyond clumped, & tasted like it was microwaved, no reason my food should of been cold, even with the white sauce put on it should not of been as cold as it was if it was fresh. (I know microwaved food, it don't heat all the way through & can OVER COOK cooked meat.

My husband's steak was medium, & was just as hard as my well done. They tried to say the well done is just cooked that way...... Apparently, they don't know what they are doing if they are cooking the steak to be hard as a rock. Never had a rock hard well done steak before, & medium shouldn't be as hard as the well done......

I called & wanted to bring this to their attention because $43.00 is completely & BEYOND unacceptable due to the fact I paid less for 2 of the steak & chicken at Fuji, BOTH hibachi restaurants, shouldn't be much of a difference of between the mean, at least I would think so.....

But I had called because it was a lot of money for something that wasn't worth it.

I was told that I could come get a side of chicken to replace the hard chicken. I politely refused because I wasn't driving back there for me to possibly encounter the same thing. I asked if we could just get a refund, I WAS REFUSED MY REFUND!!! No reason as to why they can't refund my money. Paid with card, they could of gave us cash back if they couldn't put it back on the card, they could of refunded no problem.

Management just don't care & and apparently greedy.

Either way they are losing money because we will NOT be going back. Highly disappointed especially since last time I ate there it didn't taste like it did tonight.

**ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE BOTH FEELING NAUSEOUS, AFTER ONLY EATING FEW BITES. (I ate 3 spoon fulls, the husband ate maybe 10?)

We were feeling PERFECTLY FINE before eating.

Now we are down $43.00, WAS hungry but lost appetite after all this, & feeling nauseous.

HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE & DISAPPOINTED.

Wouldn't eat this Sh*t again if I was Higher than Snoop Dogg dealing endless munchies, I'd rather just eat the $43.00 or actual rock.

I recommend...

To the owners of Soho Hibachi in Ft O: My wife went to pick up our son's call in order tonight at your restaurant. The order was placed at 7:48 PM and he was quoted 20 minutes to pick-up. As she sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for the quoted prep/pick-up time, she observed a group of teenagers arrive, go in, order and sit down. She then went in to retrieve the order but had to wait a bit longer. She then observed the group of teenagers start to receive their orders. How? Our order was called in 15 minutes prior to their arrival. When she was finally presented with our order, my wife asked why the longer wait and how the teen group received their orders before we did, especially when calling it in ahead of them. Excuses ensued and then my wife was told maybe he "our son" could take his business elsewhere because of simply asking questions. My wife asked if she was the owner and she said no that her name is Riley. Another gentleman at the other register also said he wasn't the owner, Mr. Tony is the owner and wasn't there at the time. Come to find out, it appears the Manager on duty may also be Riley's mom. FYI, just our immediate family spends tons of money at this establishment and wonder if Mr. Tony would like how his employees treat his customers? I would think not the kind of impression a hardworking business owner would want the public to associate with him or...

New favorite restaurant. They had a lunch thing for around 6 bucks and a dinner thing for 8 or so but for the amount you get, you're basically getting two large meal's worth. I usually order extra rice when I go to a hibachi place like Shogun or Kobe but when I ordered it there, I didn't realize that the food on my plate was the regular size (dinner) and the extra rice was being brought out on a whole plate of its own. Even after eating, it was hard to get everything to fit into the to-go box. Portion wise, I'd say you're getting about 150% or so of the same food as their competitors for about 80% of the price. Quality was good. They had a 100 on their score card during my visit. The wait is about the same as waiting to eat till the cook would be done at their competitors so that's not much of a complaint. You can always order before going there anyways. The place itself is somewhat small though. It's like it was designed to be a to-go restaurant from the beginning but has a few booths and tables to sit at. Think of it like going to a fancy hibachi restaurant but you're trading the chef show for the low prices and the ability to get up and get a refill at the drink fountain or another dish of the sauces without having to wait on a server...

Soho is my absolute favorite hibachi place in the area. I unfortunately had to move out of tow but everytime I come I come back for a visit, everyone already knows we're going to be eating there at some point during my visit. The filet mignon & chicken, with fried rice and vegetables is so so freaking good. Of course the white sauce is abundantly available and so good. Also, the amount of food they give you is INSANE. I take the leftovers home and i cant get at least 3 more meals out of whats left. In all honesty, its probably a good thing I moved away because I would spend all my money eating there and probably gain 100lbs. They red head that works the front at the register is awesome. If youre looking for some good hibachi style food, this is the place to go. Its not one those places where they cook the food infront if you, thankfully. You go in, give the lady your order, you go get your drink and pick a table. You dont have to wait long at all for them to bring your food out. So freaking good! I forgot to take pictures of the food so heres a pic of my fortune from my fortune cookie! Lol

It was an excellent experience. Food portion, price, and taste, all three were the best. First of all portion was extraordinary. My friend had half of the chicken teriyaki dinner, and he was full. He was so happy to bring the left over home for another full dinner. I had tofu hibachi and it was great. As an Asian, the rice lover, their fried rice was great. I have wasted my 12 years of life in the U.S not knowing this place. I would highly recommend this place. Special thanks to the person who has recommend this place.

Have not eaten in, but have gotten take out. It’s good! Especially the Fried Rice. Have gotten Hibachi Chicken (with Yum Yum Sauce) and Teriyaki Chicken. Both were good. Not the best, but good. Sometimes the chicken can be a little tough, but other than that, I would’ve given five stars if it were a bit less expensive. They charge for extra sauce (and they don’t give a lot to begin with) with take out. Overall, a good little Asian Restaurant!
