Their woman pharmacist who is short, petite, with short-black curly hair works in the evenings is ALWAYS VERY rude and inconsiderate. She would not even take the time to call my ER doctor for clarification on the narcotics that he just wrote me. When I ended my shift in that same ER, I was seen by Dr Warren English. He prescribed for me more muscle relaxers than my PCP prescribed Friday, as well as, increased the narcotic's dosage because my hip pain is pretty severe due to tendonitis and arthritis, as well as a labrum tear. I explained that I am allergic to ALL NSAIDS so I cannot take anything but Tylenol if she didn't help me. I also tried to explain that I have an appointment set for this Monday in Pain Management, but I need some pain relief in the meantime for an injury that's causing me a great deal of pain. She only kept on talking over me, interrupting and interjecting that she was NOT going to fill my narcotic RX. She did say that she was filling the muscle relaxers, as if she were doing me a favor, to which I said thank you--"Yes, I need those too." She kept asking if I wanted them filled, I kept replying yes over and over. It was as if she was stuck in a glitch of the matrix or something. I then placed some CVS Maximum Strength Lidocaine Pain Relief Patches on the counter at the same time that she was ringing up my muscle relaxers at the register, I even asked her to put them on my purchase, I got out the card that I wanted to use on this particular purchase, but I saw on the POS where she already completed my purchase w/o even consulting me on my method of payment. The charge on my screen showed it was only for the muscle relaxers, and I asked her if she put the patches on my purchase, she said no that the charge went through on my card on file. She then asked me if I wanted the patches, I just turned around and walked away b/c I was so mad. I told the store clerk to be expecting a complaint, she said they had to be made online...so here I am typing out this crazy mess. I do not know what that woman's name is, nor do I really care, but she needs to understand that her job is more than getting all your scripts in the system filled before her shift ends. She really needs an attitude adjustment, manners, and some sensitivity training wouldn't hurt either!
I quit using CVS years ago because they were getting too big to care for their customers, I thought they had changed their ways, but I must be mistaken...BTW this is more than a bad day, this woman acts this way every single time that I ask her for help with ANYTHING so that tells me it's a character flaw. Zach, your Pharmacist who usually works weekdays, is AMAZING! Now, if you could clone him, that would be ideal! As much as I appreciate him, I despise that insolent woman pharmacist that much more. I hope you get to the bottom of this, and I witness a change immediately or I will to take my business...
Read moreI love the CVS in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia. It gets really busy there sometimes and I have to be patient and wait that doesn’t bother me because they kind to me. I love the app. It keeps me up-to-date on my medicine or where I’m at with my refills and love the alerts that remind me not to forget to pick them up. They know me by name especially since I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s two years ago. I’m in there quite often changing medicine sometimes weekly. They’re always kind willing to help me. Explaining to me if my medication might interact with any of my other medication. Today I was struggling to pick up a basket because it’s hard for me to lean over sometimes. The clerk saw me and said I gotcha and picked it up and handed it to me., Things like that means the world to me and lets me know they care. I really appreciate it. Thank you for...
Read moreThis pharmacy gave me another person's prescription and I was more sicker than I already was. I couldn't get out of bed & missed 3 days of work. Thank God I was too drowsy to breast feed my baby! It was days before I realized that had given me insomnia medication instead of the antibiotics I should've been taking instead. They offered me a measly $1000 for loss of income. No amount of money could've repaid my husband and family had I died due to their negligence!...
