Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Payne

My daughter and I tried calling the store off and on last Sunday starting at 7 pm to see if they were opened but we had no luck getting a hold of anybody. After googling the store hours I decided to drive to the location since they closed at 8 and I had plenty of time to get there . When I arrived I walked up to the counter and started telling the young boy behind the counter my order . He replied I’m sorry we are closed .? I reminded him of there store hours and he continued telling me that they are not taking anymore orders. That they stoped taking orders 15 minutes ago. Obviously they stopped talking phone calls and door dash at 7 cause that’s when we started calling them . As I was walking out the door a man that was coming in heard what was going on and left upset as well . It’s obvious that the people here don’t care about there customers all they care about is leaving work at 8 o’clock . I am not happy with this store at all and probably won’t go...

I ordered online, got my first confirmation email, and left thinking I would be able to pick up my order. I was wrong. I arrived, asked about my order, then watched the manager walk my order around and put it in the portal. Problem: I was never given a three digit number for the portal. She refused to give me my order, that I had already paid for. So by time I got home and retrieved the number, which was sent to me after I had already arrived at the store to pick up, it would have set in the warmer for an hour and been another 30 minutes to get it home. I am not paying for food an hour and half old, when I was there on the prescribed time. Called for a refund and the manager got rude and refused the refund. I'm out my money and I have no food. I also used to work at that store and I know for a fact that hot-n-ready is not fresh. They will swap old pizza bar codes with new stickers and sell...

I ordered my food through the app and made pick up time for 6pm. When I arrived to the store my code would not work and the workers were super rude. Got my order took it home and this is the worst food I have ever gotten from here. All of the food tasted like it had been made and sat in the box all day.

I then called the store and the employees were once again rude. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they didn’t have a manager there. I finally got to speak to someone. I asked for my money back and she very rudely told me that they couldn’t do that. The only way would be to bring my pizza back. I explained that I live a distant away and that I could not make a special trip down there. And she stated that she is not giving me anything without having the food.
