KFC — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

No food on All you can eat hot food buffet bar. Manager was rude and war ignoring customers request for refilling coleslaw, mac&cheese, mash potatoes, Original fried chicken, She would have the staff to bring old fried crispy chicken from off the line that was dried up and clearly uneatable. We were a party of 10 and it was horrible ! Not to mention the the experience for the other guest that was dining in. The manager would not even make eye contact with the guest. I had enough and called her out because clearly I wanted at least 1 piece of Original fried chicken being that I suggested that we should go. She walks over and blatantly tells me that their cooking it and it will be 20 mins in which I responded and said we've been here well over 30 mins and there haven't been any fresh food on the bar and no fresh Original Chicken only Old Extra Crispy Chicken that was coming from under the heat lamp off the line in the back for drive thru and walk in diners. I was watching. She eventually brought out 3 pieces of Original fried chicken Fresh for our Party of 10. Nothing for the other diners that was also there waiting, Nothing else for replacing the Food on the hot bar either. I personally felt like we should have been refunded. Or gifted with a free...

The place was slow, just 1 customer. I ordered a 8-piece bucket, was told the chicken breast was cooking give it 5 minutes. I asked if they could give me a free drink as a courtesy, and the manager yelled "NO!" about three times repeatedly, said if she gives me a free drink for waiting, now she has to give everyone in the lobby a free drink for waiting - there were 3 people who came in after me.

Then the chicken was done they give me the bucket. There was no biscuits, the dark pieces of chicken were burnt and hardly breaded, and the chicken breast was still raw. Raw.

I asked for a refund, and had to repeat to them about 3 times I wanted a refund because they wouldn't give me a refund the first or second time I asked. The manager and cashier yelled "Why you want a refund for?" I told them the chicken breast was under cooked. The manager looked at it and said I wasn't lieing and to give me refund. The cashier took my credit card, went to a different register for my supposed refund, but she gave me no proof it was done.

15 minutes wasted at this KFC, from the time I put in my order until the refund. Now I have to follow up with my credit card company. I will not return #KFC #KFCFt.PieceFL...

I have to give a 5 star review today. THANK YOU to all the employees and big props and great efforts to Boss Lady Cassandra(manager). It all started when I noticed some of my food was missing, as I checked my bag at home. I admit, I was upset and I had to gathered myself to return back to KFC. And to my delight, I was assisted by one of the most pleasant group of employees within the Fort Pierce area. When I arrived they immediately went into repair mode and began completing the process of assuring that I would become a satisfied customer. I was treated with compassion, respect and most importantly I was treated like a human. Most fast food restaurants just overlook concerns customers may bring to their attention. However, this group of staff went above and beyond to give me the upmost customer service I have ever experience in a long time. I highly recommend this KFC. My night was definitely turned around because of you all. They are truly second to none!!! Big round of applause...
