Don’t go here !! It’s waste of money and time. Go to a different location. One that doesn’t mind to sell items to Customers! I placed an online order to make it easier on them and o forgot to add a drink. Some of us actually work and work outside in the sun all day so yea mind have slipped my mind whist ordering on the way !!no biggie right ? Just a drink ? Yea wrong ! Apparently old man river minded very much and refuse to add another drink to my order and said “we have a time limit , can’t add at the window “. Huhhhh??? It’s a drink and it’s next to your hand already ! He flat out refused and no one behind me. Only at speaker. Again it was just a sweet tea and I don’t order both at same time anymore bc the last 3 times the sweet tea wasn’t drinkable so as soon as I tasted it n I added another but he refused Let’s see what corporate has to say shall we old timer ? Read moreI went to the buffet and was very disappointed. They barely kept the chicken filled all the vegetables was over cooked soaked in water. Mac and cheese was to watery and the makes potatoes was to thin. The choices was not plentiful for the price they charge per person I could've went to Golden Coral and been satisfied. They get a F in my book. Update: went back here on 01/17/2023 and the young man at the drive thru was so nuance when I asked him to please add a dessert to my order he was very blunt to tell me he can’t do that at the drive thru. So I asked could he just charge a separate order he said no that’s management rules. I really wish management would teach the crew members to have personality especially working at the drive-thru. He said to the other workers “ lady at the drive-thru has an attitude then they ask looked up at me and I find him telling me to pull over to wait for my order where it took another five minutes before he came to give to me and he wasn’t nice he handed it to me walking off before I could even get a hold of my bag. Read moreSeems like this KFC is in need of a new manager. Her horrible attitude is also rubbing off on the staff she should be setting an example for. Her customer service was horrible in the drive thru and she did not like it when my husband started treating her like she was treating us. It’s a shame that people work in customer service but don’t know how to speak or treat others with respect. I walked into the restaurant to let them know how I felt and (not surprisingly) one of the staff members at the front saw a man trying to order in Spanish and told him “no Español” while WALKING AWAY. Like really? I helped the man order his food and told those ladies they really need to learn how to speak to people because this ain’t it.
