The Pot Belli Deli Sandwich & Sub — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

I placed an order for a breakfast delivery one hour and 10 minutes before it got to me. I was told that it would be to me in 15 minutes. The restaurant is a two minute drive from where I was. I called three times and was told each time that it was on the way the delivery person walked in the door as I was walking out. I told him to cancel the order because I had to leave to go to an appointment. My appointment was in the building next to the restaurant and as I was pulling in the parking lot for my appointment, I noticed the delivery person walking back to the restaurant. This morning at 900 am i ordered a omelet and at 1030 received a cold soggy and runny omelet and toast saturated in runny egg. called immediately to have them come back to refund my payment and pick up what i ordered and it is now 200 pm and noone has come back. called and spoke with Lisa the owner and she told me that they are supper busy and haven't had the time that there helping there other clients and i asked well am i not a client and her response to me was well they are waiting on food. well i was to for an hour and a half and got cold soggy food that i was unable to eat... will never order from them again very rude and poor service...

Buy turkey sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in a long time and it sure the hell beat a cheeseburger from a fast food restaurant! They talked me into the homemade carrot cake and it is amazing!
