Owners and Management refused to do the right thing and remake food that was not delivered and paid for as agreed. Do not use the Slice App they recommend on their website, and do not think they will ever take care of you as a customer. The $150 order of food finally arrived 90 minutes after we ordered but they had already failed to make our terrible experience better by refusing us a simple request to remake the food and let us come pick it up when the food had not arrived after 75 minutes of waiting and 3 calls to beg for a driver number and help from them. We will never order from this establishment again and we try our best and support local companies whenever possible. This was an easy fix but an Epic fail on their part.
We realize they needed to contact the third-party delivery service but they should have put us first and dealt with the 3rd party delivery service second. They also need to realize when their website directs customers to a 3rd party app they are basically encouraging us to use that app. They therefore should take responsibility of the outcome of that 3rd party whether good or bad. They clearly want the added business of the 3rd party delivery App service but they do not want to take responsibility of the poor outcomes of that service, yet they push you to use them by advertising delivery on their website and then they claim they don't deliver when something goes wrong.
They also left one entire dinner of Chicken Francese off the order that we paid for. I wont even call them to discuss that issue after the way i was treated on the first 3 calls to ask for help.
What a shameful way to run a business and abuse your customers trust.

Read moreVery disappointed last night. I have been a frequent customer at Lorenzo's and was always satisfied with the food. Always ordered ToGo. Decided to have a nice dinner with my kids at the restaurant. We ordered appetizers as well as three entrees. Appetizers came out one at a time. Not together. Our dinners started coming out one at a time as well. Not together. Still the food was delicious. The chicken franchese was the issue. It was drowning in the sauce which wasn't too bad but it was overpowering with wine. Couldn't taste the chicken or other herbs. My son asked if we can change it but to make it with less wine. The waitress came back and said "the owner said he tasted it and it was fine so he will not change it" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My son offered to pay for the change and it was refused. So I said we will pay for our appetizers and leave. Mind you we hadn't eaten our dinners yet except two bites. My son waited outside and the waitress went over to Lorenzo and said we will pay for our cokes and appetizers and his answer was " how about I call the cops". He went on to say he's a small business and would lose out on wasting the food. I felt bad and said I will pay for my daughters and my entrees as well. Which I did NOT have to do. I will never order from this place ever again. He is a very poor business man and doesn't understand what customer satisfaction means. I work at a Pizza store in Stuart and my boss's main goal is to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. I am very disappointed with Lorenzo.
