Visited again after 2 years, this place is still charming as ever! Coffee is still great, sandwiches are phenomenal. Both seriously worth the detour. The owner Mr. George is always very kind! There was ample parking at the lot right across the street.

This place is so good. I’ve made a random stop here to pick up food on a road trip down to the Keys… But I’ve been thinking about this place ever since. So much, that I’m leaving my first-ever Google review. Easily the most impressionable eatery of our 2 week long Florida trip. I hope this place never closes, so I may have the opportunity to visit again.

The sandwiches we had were stellar, made with quality ingredients. The cafe con leche 👌 the perfect amount of sweetness. You can tell every menu item was well-thought through. The owners are also very sweet, explaining all the sauces to a newbie like me! Otherwise, I wouldn’t have even known to ask for them.

FINALLY...THE REAL DEAL!!! Authentic Cuban cuisine that is fresh and flavorful and the killer mojo house mayo was totally addictive! The protein meal bowls with rice, beans and your choice of pork, chicken were smothered with onions and that delish house sauce. The soups (black bean w chorizo) was totally on point as was the veggie w picadillo soup. Both were excellent. I ordered a Croqueta pressed sandwich. I declared it the BEST croquete sandwich I've ever tasted...the reason ..that mojo house mayo.Da bomb! Fresh, modern, cleanestablishment. And yes, there is an actual Havana George and he is jovial, hospitable and very easy to talk to. We are so thrilled Havana George just opened in downtown Ft Pierce in the Galleria Mall on 2st. Before our vacation ended I really wanted to try Cuban food. We drove from Vero Beach (opposite direction from home-Chicago) to this Cafe because it had great reviews. Am I glad we did! The place was amazing! Food, atmosphere! Everyone was so friendly. Me and my kids had the Cuban sandwich recommended by the owner- amazing! I also had delicious Mocha! The owner told my daughter “come back to tell me if you liked the sandwich” (we were sitting outside). So she went in and told him how good it was. He was so kind and gave her samples of different food to try and also took time to explain to her what it was as well. She came back out side so happy! He made her day! She loved all the samples.
