Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

I'm so tired of Wendy's APP not working. I'm probably going to uninstall it after this rant. Today's special was a Biggie Burger for $1 with a purchase. I selected the deal and ordered a large frosty. Every time I went to check out, only the frosty showed up. I attempted 5 times, and I figured it would show up when I paid. Nope, only the stupid frosty. The only reason I went to Wendy's was for the deal. I took the overpriced frosty and got a better burger deal at McDonald's. I remember the same thing happening when I first signed up. I was promised a free burger, clicked on the deal, ordered a frosty, and only received the overpriced frosty. Same with my points. I use my points for free food, lose my points, and the food never shows up in my bag. Worse is you try to get help from the restaurant, and all they say is that we don't control the app or honor the apps mistakes. I'm done...

I'm in a positive shock with Pablo, one of the employees. The first time that he gave my food, we speak a little about our countries, he is from México and I lived here to get my doctoral degree. He is very nice and professional. What a surprise that I had when I came and order by the car line and he recognized my voice and remember my name. Awesome. I feel great with that detail and with all the employees that are nice and have good manners!. Thanks Pablo!.

Owner, please buy the refreshment machine, that let us mix flavors. Many Wendy's have two. This can promote your business and let you have more clients. Give this for us, your loyal clients, as a Thanksgiving or Christmas present 😁👍....

My fries tasted like they had been put back in to re-heat them. They were great and not crisp at all. My spicy, jalapeño chicken sandwich was tough and chewy like it had been microwaved...I did not receive a receipt for my purchase and if course, my sweet tea barely has enough ice to make it cool, not iced cold tea... Midway rd and US1 location of anyone is wondering. I can't honestly say that I'll go back. The food was horrible, I threw over half of the sandwich and all of the fries away. Thanks alot for going down hill in your food quality Wendy...

Update... better than before. New, happy sounding people working and fresh fries as well as the new strawberry 🍓 frosty!! Have a go...
