WU HIBACHI EXPRESS — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

I had been waiting for this place to open, so when I saw the "Grand Opening" banner, I had to stop in. The gentleman working the counter was very polite, and he was knowledgeable about the menu. I ended up ordering two tuna rolls and a salmon roll with a can of soda, and my total was only $18.40 with tax. When the food arrived, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the disposable chop sticks. These were not the type you have to pull apart, and hope you get two sticks of equal lengths. No, these disposable chop sticks were not only individually made, but rounded at the top with a decorative stripe embossed longitudinally. I thought it was a very nice touch. The rolls were among some the best I ever had, and even though I prefer the seaweed on the outside, these were still spectacular! The rolls were so good, I was actually disappointed once I finished them because it was a great experience! If this group can maintain the high standard of excellence while continuing to offer great value, I think they will be a sushi destination in Fort Pierce with a large following. Usually I get eal sauce but this one it wasn’t good. I ordered online and was very easy. First time trying their food and it was amazing! Don't know how I didn't try it sooner. The chicken hibachi was so well cooked and the flavor on point. The yum yum sauce, so good! The Japanese eggrolls were crunchy but tender on the inside. I loved them. The steak udon noodles were also delicious mixed with veggies. And can't forget the fried rice.
