My husband and I moved here from Miami almost 4 years ago. He sent me one day to get a new battery for his watch and a necklace to be cleaned. (They clean jewelry too better than any high-end jewelry store btw). When me and my sis in law walked in; OMG we were in love and hooked with the rare jewelry options they have and they OFFER layaway too!!! I have been coming here ever since. But the main reason I'm finally leaving a review is because one day I went in for jewelry cleaning and asked them "by any chance do you guys make custom jewelry?" Long story short my husband is a hard working man. When we met I was at the lowest point in my life. Divorced 3 boys and my ex was/still is just as resentful as when I left him 8yrs ago. He not only accepted my situation, put my ex in check and as a man he took care of us and we are a happy blended family. So I usually go here for my simple jewelry repairs and usually I'm satisfied. This particular time I brought a necklace in that I popped when I forgot to pull it over my turtle neck before taking it off. So they called me back immediately after drop off to tell me one of the clasp were missing and it would be a charge to replace the clasp. I told her I'm not sure how that's missing but okay go ahead and replace it. So when I return to pick it up I notice that one side of the necklace is significantly shorter than the other. I bring it back in and they basically say that a piece of the necklace must have been missing. So I'm telling them that there was no point of putting a clasp on if it was missing a piece of necklace. My husband suggested this place so I went in to find a chain/necklace for him & to get a battery for my watch. Never again will I go here. First, they had NOTHING to show me for a chain! So I gave the sales lady my watch for her to put a battery in & she took it into the back; she came back about 10 mins later to say my watch was stem was broken! I told her it wasn’t when I brought it in, but of course I have no proof, but I believe she installed the battery & pulled the stem out too far trying to set the correct time & that’s when she found out it was broken.
