I came In on 06/14/25 Saturday for a simply screen repair.I have had my screen repaired before but was new to this business.The man that assisted me fixed my phone in an hour I came back at 425pm to pick it up.The next day Sunday 06/15/25 I noticed my phone being slightly delayed to touch but I didn't think anything of it.Monday rolled around 06/16/25 and the phone seemed to be working better.Tuesday I went to work had my phone in my large purse book bag didn't have any issues etc people called etc normal phone activity.Tuesday night around 10pm as I was watching videos my phone went out.Phone screen unclear unable to see anything.phone rings but can't anwser.I called on wedneday( today informing of my phone status.I brought my phone back here at 1210pm ish.I was told to leave my phone at it would be ready by 530pm( the end of the day) I left my phone,went home for a while then called to ask why is it taking all day to fix.I stated when it was originally fixed it took 1 hr.I was told I would be at the end of the line as a walk in.They have other appointments..etc.After waiting longer I began to get nervous because this had never eveeer happened before.I decided that I wanted to simply get a refund and I would basically take my phone to the same people who had fixed my phone in a prior incident.Fyi the screen was replaced and screen protector was placed on this phone during 1st service.I came back to this place and stated I wanted to have a refund and I was told we can't do that because it was physical damage.Do you see the screen that is physical damage..something hit it"I kindly already explained that my phone was in my purse..and the response was something hit it in your purse?? After being denied a refund. I was then told they could fix it we got you!"Once I returned to get my phone I went to the car to test things out.Now the volume doesn't work.Im making phone calls and No one can hear me.I was in the parking lot so I walked back in and returned the phone stating the new issue.I was told we'll we can check the speaker and replace that.. I then asked isn't that for phones that have been water damaged..long story short they damaged my phone while doing a screen change initially.I was then offered a refund because it couldn't be fixed.I was offered an apology and told that they didn't ask for my pin to check phone prior to basically giving it to me.They stated They could hear when the phone isn't on speaker phone but I couldn't hear either way.I then stated soo I need a new phone and they agreed.a simple screen Change and screen protector should have never costed me the price of a new phone.You then took the new screen back off of the already damaged phone that YOU damaged while I was forced to buy a new phone today! This has neeeever happened before and I hope this never happens to anyone else.My phone was damaged through being serviced here.although the process of my 96 dollars and change should be returning. it cost me more for the damage that was done.I was truly disappointed in the outcome and I will never come your way again.As I told you I'm a nurse.I cant think of a reason to need to lie about what happened to the phone Im sure I can afford everything in there its the principle..it wasn't water damaged only dropped months ago and it cracked due to no screen protector being on it.I never had such issues with volume or touch response on that phone!!!legally this company should have been the one to replace a new phone not me because of damage done upon replacing a very simple screen..you also gave me the damaged phone back with the light now stuck on..SMH ..I really hope I get my money...
Read moreThis is long overdue as bad news always travels faster than good news! So here we go! I've conducted business here multiple times both at this location, and the one in Fort Pierce. Donna & her husband are the perfect example of what has been lost in recent decades where customer service and products are concerned. They care about their reputation, and therefore, their customers. Some folks would never be satisfied, even if they were offered services for free, making it pointless to do so. Those same folks oftentimes made a decision they regret, and rather than face the fact that they made a poor choice to save a few bucks, will attempt to shift the blame onto others, which never leads to a productive outcome. This dooms them to a cycle of making the same mistakes over and over. This company understands that there is always a chance something can go wrong, so they offer a protection plan which they stand by 100%. If you take the risk of purchasing something used to save money, you also take the risk of not getting something from the manufacturer for free, if it fails. You've already saved bundles, which does not make you cheap. If you pass on the protection plan, that also doesn't make you cheap... UNLESS, when something goes wrong, you blame anyone but yourself. You took the risk, so be willing to take the bad just as willingly as you were to to take the good. That is my response to those reviews trying to cast salt at this company. I myself have left a few negative reviews where companies in this area really had it coming, but the knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity, and no-nonsense operation that is "Cellular Pawn-iSell & Repair", is a rare gem when compared to average business practices on the Treasure Coast. It is getting harder & harder to find any outfit that operates as gracefully as this. Hopefully they are staying busy enough to stay in business, because places like this improve the quality of life in our area. I've stopped here to get multiple phones for the kiddos at great prices, but wouldn't hesitate to start getting ours here as well... that goes for their tablets too! Read moreI was recommended here by a person who does business with them. I was skeptical at first because I've never bought/sold anything at a pawn shop and didn't know what to expect. Well, my expectations exceeded me! Donna and Felipe were very helpful a year ago when I purchased/upgraded my phone. Both are very knowledgeable, help transfer files and in general help set up your new phone. They've answered any questions I've had and even gave me a brief tutorial of the phone. I recently went back (over a year later) and they remembered me, and we picked up like there was never a day in between. I like the whole no nonsense approach they have when i came in there thinking i needed a new phone because some of my features stopped working, when it was only because i had too many unnecessary files bogging it down. They fixed with no problem and it was new again and basically said "you don't need a new phone unless you want one". I'm glad they helped me save money in that regard! I'm coming back for a smart watch (yes they sell more than phones!). I knew a year ago I'd be a returning customer and I'll be purchasing from them again and highly recommend them.
