If I could give this store zero ratings I would! Not only is the store cluttered and filthy, but the staff is worse!! Shopping in the store with my children I had an employee walk up to me and loudly accuse my child of dropping clothes onto the floor. I’m not claiming my children to be innocent angels but I take pride in the fact that I always have them by my side and they have basic manners in regards to not touching things that isn’t theirs. I responded to the woman after she accused me and said that we haven’t even made it to that section of clothes yet (it was in front of us a bit) and that I didn’t appreciate her falsely accusing me or my children. She then continued around the store accusing other children loudly, it’s highly unprofessional. Whether it was children or not you don’t approach people like that in an accusing tone- especially if you didn’t witness it with your own eyes. Onto the fitting rooms, they were not aware of people waiting to go in, when we did get in there one of the rooms had pee on the floor and it wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were in there. She just closed the door to that room and that was it. There was one cashier with a long line, I saw another employee walk by and I asked her kindly if she was able to check us out, she made eye contact with me and simply walked away without a response. I have never been more compelled to be confrontational in my entire life, I just couldn’t believe what was happening when I had the supposedly manager approach me telling me my child was putting clothes on the floor. Words can't even describe how upset I am about my visit to the rainbow store in Fort Pierce Florida at the sable palm plaza. I went to get some new clothes for Easter. When I got them they offered the Klarna app. It's where you can make 4 payments. I use after pay so I love budget friendly help. I asked cashier to help Me with my purchase. She didn't understand how to do it right. She asked other cashier and she didn't either. I got charged full amount no payments no Klarna. I've made 2 calls to store manager and one call to cooperate and no help. They are a money hungry company and false advertise for Klarna and are not trained to take it. For ppl like me who are on a budget it would have helped. I adopted my grandsonso budget is what I need. I was hoping to pay another bill since I was gonna get payments . Since rainbow did what they did I cannot now since they took the full payment thanks a lot . First, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes trying to ask the cashier about a return, and all she would say was "No". I don't know if it was a language barrier issue, or just poor attitude. Its fine if they can't accept a return, but she should have at least told me why (too far past purchase date, all sales final, SOMETHING). Secondly, the clothing quality is very poor. Most of the items are between $5-15, so I'm not expecting name brand quality, but the clothes literally rip and fall apart just trying them on.
