Store 294: I can’t thank Fonsie, the district manager, and Terrica, the store manager, enough for the incredible help they gave me while I was Christmas shopping! I walked in without a cart or basket, arms piled high with items, and Fonsie immediately noticed I was struggling. She didn’t hesitate to step in, grab everything I was holding, and take it to the front for me. She even offered to get me a cart, saving the day in such a thoughtful way.
Terrica was equally amazing, jumping in to assist and making sure everything went smoothly. These two ladies went above and beyond, embodying the holiday spirit with their kindness and attentiveness. Read moreSUPERVISOR needs to be fired. We were waiting in line for about 30 min . One employee doing all the work as the supervisor walks around not helping. The cashier service was absolutely wonderful she went above and out of her way to make sure the line was moving. All while having to call out the supervisor for trying to keep her longer because her relief had not arrived and not helping with the customers . The supervisor then continued to make excuses on why she was not helping as the other employee arrived who began to take action to the line immediately.
