On Sunday November 19th My son and I went through the drive thru and ordered two chicken grilled cheese burritos and one steak grilled cheese burrito, as we were leaving Fort Scott my son was trying to figure out which burrito was which we determined not of the burritos were grilled cheese burritos. I turned around went into the lobby and told the person at the counter the order was wrong. He verbally verified what the order was supposed to be and asked someone to remake it. I took the remade order out the car only to find we only had two burritos. I went back inside and told the same man it still wasn't right. He asked what was wrong and I said look in the bag. He admitted oh you were supposed to have three burritos and asked someone to make the missing burrito. While that was being done a different employee who thus far had nothing to do with my food asked me what we even ordered. I was frustrated and said shouldn't you know what my order was at this point? She got upset and told me she didn't take my order, so I told her what I ordered and proceeded to tell the other employees one at time what I ordered just to alleviate any confusion. Well one of them took issue to this and asked me to leave. I said not without my food, he said he was kicking me out of Taco Bell. I told him I would leave if he gave me my order or gave me my money back. He opened the drawer and was counting out cash to give me a refund when he decided he needed to know how I paid, cash or credit. I figured it didn't make a difference, so I refused to say and just asked for cash. He closed the drawer, and told me he would not refund me, and would not give me my food. I told him I wasn't leaving without either my food or my money. They then called the cops. The police man came heard their story heard my story and asked me what it would take to get me to leave. I said my food, a refund, or a trespass from him including paperwork. He asked taco bell to give me a refund they said they needed to know if it was cash or credit, so the drawer wasn't messed up because that made them look bad. I asked if calling the police on a customer was worse than a messed-up drawer and he decided to make my food. I contacted the district manager after the incident, and she offered me a refund and said she would talk to the people who did this. I said no thank you I would like an apology from the employees who called the cops on me. It was uncalled for (in fact two door dashers who saw the whole thing stayed after getting their orders just to make sure the cops knew I had not done anything wrong) and quite embarrassing. She assured me it would be taken care of that all the employees would sign the apology. Instead, I was sent a form letter signed by nobody.

This place used to make high quality food quickly. Lately it seems to be running quite slowly. It took 17 minutes for me to get two tacos and an order of large nacho fries. I don't think it's worth buying a large because they seem to put the same amount in as when you get the small. The included picture is my "large" nacho fries. With all loose fries collected from the bag and none eaten. Feeling a bit ripped off.

Only a few staff working but they were still so kind despite being busy. Glad the street chalupas are back. I love them! Order was made correctly and they were insistent on not forgetting anything. Convenient location right in the main road! Was a great stop on our trip to Kansas City.

As a person who goes to Taco Bell often enough to have gotten fire status in the first few weeks of the rewards program release, at many different locations spanning states, I can honestly say this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever frequented (with the only exception being some in really bad areas elsewhere with bars and bullet proof glass).

They frequently mess up the order forgetting items. And this location is nearly always out of boxes (like: order some more; it’s your job). Usually I am just annoyed and don’t bother, but today it was the 3 main items and then they proceeded to argue with me about it when I called and offered no customer concession for having to drive back there.

Usually we check orders before leaving, but it is hard to check a decent size order (we are a family of 8) of 5 boxes when all of it is in one big bag and my wife is assured it is all there.

Stay away from this Taco Bell. This location proves why fast food workers don’t...

Today at 10:26 am I ordered a $3.59 burrito for my daughter who was at work and hungry. When she opened it the burrito it was made wrong. I called to have it fixed and was told to come back. When I went to get the one burrito the manager decided this needed to be a shake down. She literally threw a fit about food they messed up. I normally am a patient person but no manager should act like that or give someone the third degree after asking them to come back for a new one. This same manger has done this to my kids before when their order was messed up. This is not professional or needed. This makes me not want to go back to this establishment.I will say the cashier was amazing and as...
