After a long time of considering an upgrade from Metro, I had finally decided to make the switch to T-Mobile and I couldn't have had a better helper than Donnisha! Personally I am not all that great with tech or understanding how specials work when it comes to phones and such, but Donnisha delivered with expert confidence and was not afraid to break it down Barney style so I could understand (not to mention the great amount of respect shown throughout the transaction). I expected to have service in my house. I have intermittent service and am having a terrible time using my phone at all anywhere in Pleasanton, KS. I regret the decision to use T-Mobile.
