Small town quality service
We drove from Nevada, MO to the dealership originally to have our key re-programmed for our Town & Country Van at 3:45 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. While we were waiting for the service technician to check our vehicle, we walked the lot looking at used vehicles. Kevin Hall, quickly came to the lot and asked if he could be of any assistance. We told him we were waiting on our vehicle from service and that we were looking to purchase a car in the near future. In less than 10 minutes we were test driving a 2013 Ford Edge and the rest is history. The customer service by Kevin, Rebecca (who processed our paperwork) was invaluable and they treated us respect and in no way hurried us. We had not planned to trade vehicles that day so very unprepared to drive a new vehicle home. They made it so easy with the customer service from the owner stopping by to make sure we were being taken care of to Kevin helping us clean our van out and assisting in any way possible. Read moreDid not have a great experience here. I drove an hour to look at a car that I had been discussing with the dealership over email. After around 30 minutes in the dealership, the staff was unable to find the car and then told me that the car had already been sold. I was also told that the price that was advertised on multiple third-party websites was incorrect because it didn't take into account their trade-in or financing discounts were included. We were then shown a dirty car that was similar to the car I was looking at online yet, more expensive. When I asked for a quote on how much that car would cost after all of the fees and taxes. I was given a piece of paper with a green expo marker rough guess of how much the car would cost including an arbitrary down payment (despite mentioning how much I wanted to put down on the car) and monthly payments of $710+. When I then asked for an actual quote on how much the car would cost, he returned after another 15 minutes with the paperwork I wanted. A quick search on KBB told me that he was about $1500 off of a fair value for the car that I was shown. At that point, I realized negotiations were a waste of my time and we left. Read moreI recently bought a truck from this dealership and my experience was great! I live 2 hrs away and did alot of the negotiations through the phone with Frank. He was very personable and made everything easy. The deal was done over the phone Friday and we picked it up Saturday. He said he would hold it without a deposit and sure enough it was ready for us. Everything went well and everyone was super nice. Unfortunately as I was driving it home 30 miles in and the serpentine belt started squaling really bad and it never stopped. I ended up taking it to the dealership the next day and it cost me $400 dollars. Obviously wasn't too happy about that. Well I communicated with Frank about my experience and I didn't expect anything to happen. He apologized for our troubles and sent me a check in the mail to reimburse me! I couldn't believe it! Nowadays you don't expect things like this to happen. I'm so appreciative of Frank for going out of his way to make things right when he didnt have to do anything.
