bought a $360 Professional Choice saddle pad with a 60 day test ride guarantee, didn't work out on the horse and took it back only to be treated like I was stupid and they refused to refund for it even though the sticker on the pad and the warranty on Professional Choices website clearly states to return to original store for refund.
