Rudest service ever! If your thinking about stopping by this morning don’t bother! The two ladies that are currently working are definitely not having a good morning. The order taker seemed bothered when I got to the speaker, I told her I had a mobile order to which she replied pull the window with a rude attitude. As I’m pulling to the window, the customer in front of me got her drink made wrong so she asked politely to get it remade to which the crew member at the window was also being rude to her, I could hear the customer telling her she didn’t have to be rude to her and then I heard the crewmember yelling back at her stating she wasn’t being rude with a very bad attitude. As the customer in front of me left, I pulled to the window and as I was waiting to get my order; there was a black guy walking out the store mean mugging looking into my car as if I did something to him, as if I was in Interrupting him. He walks to a tan car parked across the window and then walks back and forth. Finally the employee gets to the window and rudely asks me what I had. I told her I had a mobile order she seemed upset about it and had no idea what my mobile order was. I told her what my drink was and she rudely Interrupted me and told the guy that was walking to the car to come here he went inside, she then proceeded to give me my drink and said is that all! I told her no I had another item on the mobile order, she didn’t bother to check the order and very rudely asked me what kind of bagel do You want? So she gives me the bagel and then walks off and proceeds to go talk to the man inside the store, apparently she knows the guy, this is unacceptable and very unprofessional service! I was checking my order and then the other Co-worker came to the window with an attitude telling me what else do you have? I told her I’m just checking if my order is correct and she rudely tells me to “have a good day”and slams the window shut and walks away. To top it off the bagel was wrapped in a dirty wrapper full of egg crumbs. I’m sorry but, they both need to be fired if they’re going to be treating their customers like that and y’all are losing customers because I’m definitely not going to be coming back here until y’all fix this problem! There is no reason why they can’t handle their personal business, issues or problems outside of the their scheduled hours! And if they can’t handle it, they don’t need to be working simple as that. You need to hire a new set of employees with better attitudes. Worst customer...
Read moreIt's okay, if you're more of sugar junkie than a coffee-holic. They do not replace misplaced or damaged orders in equivalence. I had 4 big orders of donut holes, and 4 big orders of bagel bites, along with other things ordered in 4's for a large group I had with me. I ordered two iced coffees too, as well as 2 bags of their original brew ground coffee, for delivery.... Only received 2 iced coffees, and one of the four large orders of bagel bites. Called, was told yes I see the payment, and yes I remember making the order, and I know that you didn't receive it all because I only remember sending out the coffees and the 1 order of bagel bites. It was blamed on the employee having a rough day, and I was kind about it even though most people wouldn't be. I drive to the location to pick up what I paid for, got only $5 back for the inconvenience, and a box of 12 donuts, which I didn't even order. Then was told sorry best we can do. They said they didn't make any donut holes that day. I was furious. Lost over $60 that was never made up for, and still had a house full of sad kids who earned a reward, and did not receive what was promised, because I ran out of money. They are unprofessional. Never order from them unless you are there in the store and receive the full order before finalizing the transaction, or they will keep your money and the items you ordered. Taste-wise the bagel bites and donut holes are wonderful. I love the menu but I hate the service. Maybe they'll get better in store management one day but this is a place that I wish I didn't feel like avoiding. Starbucks and sweet bay are expensive, but you get what you pay...
Read moreI was made to go inside to pickup MY OWN ORDER. I told them it was my order that I placed online and not a delivery. I thought they were confused? They still made me go inside which was fine until I got inside. Once I go in, three workers just stood there staring at me like they hadn’t just spoke to me at the window; no one said a single word for two minutes. Very awkward. I thought they were making orders or something. They were not. Very confusing and rude. Then I pull up the order on my phone to show them and ask for the order and another work said "oh here" and pushed it across the counter and walked off. What is the point of a drive thru and ordering ahead for convenience if I still have to go inside and waste time standing there while they just look at each other? Weirdest and most uncomfortable dunkin experience Ive ever had. I got my drinks and get back to my car then realize there is no milk or syrups in either drink. They are out. No one informed me of that when I was at the drive thru or at the counter. They gave me espresso, coffee, and ice. Disgusting. I have been going here for YEARS and now I will never order from here again. The staff seems completely careless? Or like they do not know what they’re doing? Or no training on customer service etiquette? I’m not sure....
