I just went to the Subway. On Towson ave. Subway #2073-0. Went through the drive thru expecting decent faster service as all drive thru’s are. My order was placed (what I ordered was an footlong #15 with pepper jack cheese lettuce, green peppers, onions, olives, banana peppers, honey, mustard, chipotle, sweet onion ) and I waited in line behind a few cars for 7 minutes. And paid for the food at 5:15 pm. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes FOR ONE SANDWHICH. upon arriving home, I opened my sandwich and I noticed there were ingredients on there that I did not ask for nor want what I received was a foot-long, Italian, urban cheese, turkey, pepper, jack, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black, olives, onions, honey, mustard, sweet onion, and chipotle. They did not listen to how I wanted my sandwich and just kind of made their own, which is ridiculous because I did not ask for tomatoes. They did not give me the ingredients that I asked for. I called and the lady that I spoke with, acted as though she didn’t know after I explained my order she didn’t know at all and she kind of had an attitude with me and as a customer service representative Myself, that’s how you treat any clientele or consumer. She kind of second-guess me in a sense and was like well we can’t do anything without the receipt. I didn’t bring up the receipt for one, but I was like I do have it. This is not the first time the specific store and location has done this to me. I try to give a chance to this location time and time again they fail me things have to change in order for things to get better because paying $12 for a sandwich and not getting what I ordered is ridiculous it’d be different if I had gotten what I ordered I wouldn’t be happening to type this out.

Read moreDon’t waste your time or money went on lunch break they took 25 minutes to make our food while in the line (there was 2 people in front of us) they put the wrong kind of meat on the person in front of us sandwich when the person realized they tried to get away with not making her a new one she had to keep saying sorry she can’t eat that type of meat and they need to make the one she asked for then they tried to use the cheese from the meat she couldn’t eat not to mention they were rude to her and us then I asked for one type of meat and they put the same kind they gave her (me and her ordered 2 different kind of meats and neither one sounds like what they gave us) they were rude when I tried to correct them on the type I wanted then they added vegetables we did not say even though they repeated every vegetable we said and neither us or them said that vegetable the person who was rude and adding the wrong kind of meats had a badge saying district manager or something I don’t remember exactly then the poor girl on the register was her first day and she didn’t know how to ring anyone up but out of the 5 other people no one was helping her she ended up pushing the wrong button and cashing us out wrong and it took forever for someone to finally help her to fix it and get us cashed out definitely don’t recommend this subway they were a train wreck all around not to mention the bread was burnt and the “Italian herb and cheese bread” didn’t have cheese but that’s not the...
Read moreI came in tonight with my wife and asked for the seafood delight.it was crabmeat only.lady was very hateful.she didn't ask what I wanted she got another lady to do it.my sandwich was good.I got done eating and wanted a sub to go.iasked if I could sub ham for the roast beef and she said no very hateful. She made it and I asked her if that was all the meat that goes on it and she said yes.I then said make it deluxe and she put only 4 more pieces of meat on it.I then saw two regular ham subs that had regular meat on them but looked three times bigger than mine.the I talked to the manager.
