The food never disappoints. The Zero Street location consistently has good food and I always get exactly what I order. I mobile order on the app and when the Frosty machine was down they substituted my Frostys with whatever drink I wanted and upsized. I was very appreciative of that. However, I will say I ordered from the app last night for CURBSIDE pick-up. I waited 5 minutes and then finally called because they hadn't brought our food. They said they don't have curbside anymore (even though they have curbside signs up AND it's an option on the app) and I would need to go in and pick up my order. The point of me ordering curbside was to NOT go in so I went through the drive-thru and said I had an app order. They told me I still had to go in and get my order, that it was sitting on the counter. REALLY?! Why not just hand me my food thru the drive-thru window? Or better yet, since I ordered curbside, you bring it out to me like what was supposed to happen?! I had my daughter with me, I didn't want to go in. Read moreThe person taking the order was in an hurry and kept trying to ask the next question before I was done speaking. Order was completely wrong. Then when I sent my child’s cheeseburger back (supposed to be meat and cheese only) she threw her hands up, was huffy and said “what is that?” When I proceeded to explain she cut me off, turned away to fill another drink and called for someone else to come to the window. My husband’s order was completely wrong, he ordered the mushroom Swiss burger but was given a big bacon classic. None of the sauces requested where in the bag nor napkins. Staff was rude and unprofessional from the person taking the order to the person at the window giving food out, and then the shift manager. Bad experience in every way. Will not recommend this store to anyone and will not be back. I would be ashamed if my employees acted that way...

Might be a bit biast because it's my favorite fast food place but the frosty machine was down and I had placed a mobile order so they at first said it would be a few minutes so I waited and then when they brought the frosty it was really liquidity and she apologized and I took one drink and yeah it wasn't great so I parked and went in and was just going to buy a cinnabon instead but when I told them that it didn't taste very good they gave me the cinnabon for free to make up for it.
