Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory

I drove up to the drive-theu today, an hour before closing and the ladies inside not only didn't say anything on the speaker that they were closing an hour before the time posted on their website and door, as I parked to walk in, they walked out and didn't even have the decency to address me as a customer that they were closing earlier than they were supposed to. That's extremely unprofessional. They lost a loyal customer. I'll be getting my coffee at a more professional location...

My first experience at Dunkin and I won't be back. Employee was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how I was, did not come off friendly. Was leaning over the counter and didn't even read my order back to make sure she got it right. She also had very long nails with jewelry hanging off, which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. Bad customer service. I ordered hot coffee but the person rang as Ice Coffee. The young guy making the coffee was extremely rude. The food (veg egg white) was cold looked prepared. I can tell you that I am not a coffee drinker but when I do I go for Dunkin but this experience was totally bad.
