Was excited to see a seemingly healthy option at the airport so jumped at the chance to order. Unfortunately, based on my experience, would be hesitant to do so again.
Very poor customer service. I stood at the till/counter area marked “order” on two separate occasions and not once did an employee even acknowledge my existence. I was standing there with two little kids waiting patiently, and literally nothing. No eye contact, no “be right with you.” It was very strange especially given that there were several people working right there behind the counter. Other customers I met while awaiting my order completion were also voicing similar experiences.
Eventually I noticed a tiny QR code on the counter top that said “order here.” Alright. So I did that. It was slow and I had to make an acct. It also didn’t geolocate me and was preset to order to some location in Europe—so watch that.
I was travelling with my husband and kids and ultimately ordered 6 drinks. It took over half an hour to get these (after all the hassle of figuring out how to order) and the drinks came out completely at random, one at a time, intermixed with other drinks/orders from other customers. Had to go up to the counter twice asking where the rest of my order was and at one point was told one of the things I ordered didn’t show up on their end. Had to show them my online receipt. Seemed extremely disorganized and chaotic with a growingly large swarm of discontent and annoyed customers standing out front waiting for their orders to be completed in a weird piecemeal fashion. Definitely need to work on process/flow.
All the drinks were ok. As mentioned in other reviews the “shakes” were really thin/watery. Did not try any of the food.
Ordered the “Unicorn Tears” for my daughter. It is advertised as being bright blue but is actually a very sad grey colour.
Would not recommend stopping here if you are short on time when trying to catch your flight. Overall I probably wasted 45 minutes here.
Oh, and the drink trays are useless. Totally into trying to help save the earth, but the paper drink trays they have are so incredibly flimsy it is basically a travesty to have killed a tree to make such a useless item. I had to carry six drinks back to my family and the...
Read moreMonday October 28th at 2PM - four very negative persons “working” they looked angry and clearly hates their job! So why do they work here? The guy dragged his feet out ti ghe counter, after we waited forever and OMG what an attitude!!!
once seated a new que formed of 7 persons standing and waiting, the 3 girls could not care less and ignored the customers, the order taker guy had went back inside and could not bother to go out and serve the customers!!!!!
Absolutely horrendous to watch unfold, so we went up and asked to the 3 girls in front why they don’t serve the 7 persons in the que, they said they don’t take meal orders, and it was the guys job, we asked them “well why do you not then call for the guy to come out”?
They ignored us and we went back to our seat finising our meal, al of a sudden one of the 3 girls now magically could take orders
Our tunacados were wrapped in paper napkins insude the box, resulting in napkins being completely soaked and sticking to the sandwich 😬 so we had to get other new napkins as all the other customers- terrible waste of paper and a terrible presentation of the food, right
if you hate your job and customers so much - don’t work here!
The founder of Joe and juice, would be saddened if he saw this circus of non existing...

Unfortunately there isn’t another juice bar at MSP so you’re forced to come to this place if you want juice. I come here weekly and EVERY time there is an issue. Most of the times they are out of ingredients for their juices, occasionally they will post what they are out of but more often you don’t find out until you’ve waited in line for 10 and the person running the register (who always looks like they are having their worst day yet) lethargically informs you. In the off chance they have the ingredients in stock, the juice is never consistent. Sometimes it is poured in coffee cups, sometimes juice cups. Sometimes it’s poured over ice, sometimes it’s warm. Sometimes it’s blended with ice, and other times it’s blended for only a couple second so it’s more of like a juice slushy. It’s never consistent. Sometimes they squirt oil in their juice apparently to keep the foam down, other times they do not. I always order the same juice, the green tonic. Which should simply be cucumber, kale, celery. Doesn’t seem like it should be that hard to mess that up so often.
HOPING ANOTHER COMPANY OPENS A...
