4.3 stars is absolutely laughable. If it weren’t for the $15 vouchers from United covering most of our meal, this might be the most disappointing airport meal I’ve ever had.
“Roasted peach salad” = Canned peaches that were never anywhere near a roasting apparatus, canned corn, “riced cauliflower” totally absent. Everything utterly devoid of flavor.
“Chardonnay Scallops” - inedible orzo. Completely flavorless and tasted of burnt plastic. “Wilted greens” = raw undressed arugula. I have no idea what was supposed to be “Chardonnay buerre blanc” on this plate - the scallops were of an acceptable texture, but mysteriously tasted kind of like curry?
