Just horrible as I’m still in shock. I walk in waiting by the stand for where you can order take out and I was there a while , she clearly saw me waiting a while . I then walk inside by the tablet station where you can order food (waited again at least 3 whole minutes , as I’m patient and letting her do her thing) the waitress again sees me , passed me by at least 3 times and doesn’t acknowledge me. I understand if you’re busy serving orders or processing stuff, but how hard is it to multitask and just say a quick “ I’ll be right with you” . I then say “can I order takeout? She gives me a dirty look and says “yeah just give me a minute “. Just not a nice gesture. Finally I see another waitress and ask her the same thing and she takes my order and I voice my concerns about my treatment but she mentions to me that the other waitress is “very busy, “no apologies or nothing . Finally I get my food , she slams it on the table and says “have a nice day” in a condescending voice before I can even ask for sauce and utensils that were not included in my to go order. Very tacky and no sort of sincerity . Please train your staff to be respectful and just have some humanity . I never complain about anything but felt outcasted like a lost boy . Just wanted food and the attitude I got from both waitresses was so uncalled for . Literally lost my appetite. Here is a picture of the receipt and the “server” that serves attitude and can’t problem solve or give a proper explanation

Maybe stop in here for the bar but avoid the food. I tend to set my standards for food at the airport a lot lower, but when you have to say the fries were the best part of a meal at a Mexican restaurant, that says something. I ordered the steak fajita wrap. You can see I took a bite before the picture and it tastes like a tortilla with some stuff inside. No tomato flavor, no seasoning, even the cheese was oddly flavorless. Most important there was no steak in that first bite. Normally I would be ok with that but there was only one small piece in that half, and 3 small pieces in the other. Trying the bite of steak on its own, it was completely without any seasoning. My wife got the chicken tinga tacos and ate half of one. I tried it and was utterly disappointed. Tinga is exploding with flavor, and these were like eating a frozen taco from the dollar store. Her rice was undercooked, the black beans were passable. The fries though, those gave us something we could eat

I wish I could say that it was great, but the experience was terrible. Heather was our waitress and when she approached our table, right after we pulled up the menu on our phone, told us that we needed to give her our order now or wait until she came back to our side of the restaurant because she had the opposite side. We quickly told her our food order while we looked over the drink menu and she refused to put it in because she said the drinks come first....so to save time, we ordered water. When we figured out what we wanted, we went to the bar- which was the only positive part of our experience. We ordered nachos and they were burnt- HOW do you burn nachos??? After there, we went to Stone Arch for another drink. I wouldn't waste my time here again- Go directly to Stone Arch- their food looked amazing and the service was great!

Bartender Brandon followed us to our flight gate to give us crap for not leaving him a tip for his rude service. When we sat down we asked about a drink price and he heckled us and laughed in our face saying “come on man you can’t be asking stuff like that” and proceeded to not tell us the price. Poured our drinks and didn’t ask us if we were ordering food didn’t give us menus and didn’t check back in until our drinks were empty. Meanwhile another group sat at the bar next to us and he greeted them kindly, didn’t heckle them about their questions, provided them food menus, poured their drinks and also took their food orders before even checking back in with us. He also poured one of our drinks with the wrong whiskey multiple times. We asked about the size of an appetizer and he laughed at us. It was such demeaning service he clearly had an issue with us from the moment we sat down I felt judged and profiled by our appearance. To then have him follow us down to our gate and create a confrontation in the middle of the airport was just appalling. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional all around from Brandon. It’s a bummer because this place has amazing food and great prices but now I would never be able to recommend it to any of my coworkers in aviation due to this prejudice...

We came here waiting for our flight to Tampa. We had our son with us who wouldn’t eat this type of food so I got in line with him for Chick-Fil-A while my wife sat down and ordered our food.

When we got there the server said they had a rule of no outside food so I had to leave my wife and wait for my son to eat his food and then come back.

This rule doesn’t sit well with me. I get it at a normal location but not at an airport. Obviously they do it so you’ll spend your money there but all it does is make me want to do the opposite. If we hadn’t already ordered my food I would’ve ate somewhere else just to make sure I didn’t get them any money. In fact I WAS going to get a $17 Patron margarita but I refused to give them more money so I just got water.

Then there was the food. I got a grilled chicken bowl and both the chicken and rice were hard and crunchy… in the interest of fairness my wife did like her enchiladas. Also our server Tom was friendly and I know it wasn’t his rule. It’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Safe to say we won’t be coming back (we fly to MN once per year.) you may want to reconsider your rule Zona… you broke up a family and cost yourself some money in the process. Greed is...
