I sat down at 6:45pm and was told the kitchen was closed. After a flight delay, I came back at 7:55pm and was told the bar/everything was closed for the night - their sign says they are open until 9:00pm. I would gladly purchase d another $25 glass of wine, and tipped another 25%, but they didn't want my business. I'm m a bit surprised as there were lots of people with flight delays who'd likely grabbed a drink before their flight. They are employing staff who eagerly deny paying customers an hour before their advertised closing time of 9:00pm.

I find it really hard to find something worth writing about in a airport. Unfortunately that applies for LoLo. Although the menu has a good amount of options nothing we are really stuck out. The pork belly (tacos) was pretty thin and not a lot of flavor. The Korean wings were a good size but burnt. The fries however were delicious. Straw fries with thyme sprinkled on them made the meal. I will say the sauces were also pretty good but that's not what makes a meal in my eyes

My favorite place for a meal at MSP. Wish it were more conveniently located so I could enjoy it more often! Recommend the Fresh Berry salad...the portion is GREAT and the quality of ingredients sets this far ahead of most any other airport salad. Add some chicken or salmon for protein and “treat yo self” without the guilt. Although overpriced, the rosemary fries were good and the basil aioli was heavenly.

Walked in before my flight on 8/23/19. Asked for a shot of JD. (Drew) my bartender took my ID and left for five minutes. Came back and asked me if I was over 21. I smiled kindly and asked him for my drink. He Viciously pushed my drink to the side and demanded that I answered his questions before he served my drink. There was a few gentleman at the bar who assured him of his shortcomings. He pushed the blame on by saying that he’s busy and that all he needed was a simple answer from me after holding my ID for over 15 minutes. Mindless to say that I was the only black woman at that bar which is why (Drew) decided to excise his racism on me. I work in hospitality and I absolutely know great service when I see one. This was by far the worst visit and experience I’ve had in Minneapolis. I’ll be sure to spend my money elsewhere for such...

Just encountered an absolutely obnoxious lady. It was around 5 AM at the airport and I was just going to eat a quick breakfast my wife packed. Mind you, nearly all the tables were empty and it was in an open area right next to the gate where I was about to board my flight. I was just going to use one of the MANY EMPTY Tables there to finish 2 roll, which would take less than 5 minutes. All of a sudden this obnoxious waitress comes up to me and says if I'm not ordering anything there, I can't sit. I could understand this if the restaurant was busy, but there was almost nobody at ANY of the tables. I said I could finish my food in 5 minutes and leave but she proceeded to kick me out in proper Karen fashion. Absolute BS service. If this is the way you treat people, no way in hell I'm...

Would have loved the bloody if it had a hint of liquor in the flavor. My previous experience here (3 days ago), I ordered a Tito's bloody and it was the same mix....with Tito's added. The bartender (Ricardo) seemed off-putting. I was about ready to order lunch and I put my lime peels in the glass in front of me where he put my check. I figured it was okay since he had handled the glass and I was never given a napkin to discard any toothpicks. When he saw I had put my lime and toothpicks in the glass along with the receipt, he seemed upset and washed the glass out in front of me and made it clear I was not supposed to do that. I paid my $15 check and didn't have lunch here after all. I didn't feel like it, but I tipped him cash. Off to the...
